A former FBI Director posts a photo of seashells spelling “8647” and suddenly we’re staring at a federal indictment, two serious threat counts, and a national argument over where protected speech ends and a criminal threat begins. We walk through what the DOJ is alleging, why “context and intent” matter more than the cleverness of a meme, and how the same system that promised “zero tolerance” can turn deterrence into a political weapon.

Then we pull the camera back. The Comey story isn’t just about one post, it’s about how institutions use narratives, leaks, prosecutions, and selective outrage to shape behavior. We dig into declassified RussiaGate-era documents, discuss claims about FISA surveillance and what accountability is supposed to look like, and call out the whiplash of media voices who celebrate prosecutions one day and cry “abuse” the next when the target changes.

The second headline hits even harder: the first COVID origins cover-up indictment discussed here, tied to allegations of hidden or deleted federal records during FOIA pressure around the lab leak debate. From there we follow the incentives all the way down to street-level fraud, including a jaw-dropping H1B visa and daycare scam story that shows how easy it is to game immigration, grants, and PPP-style programs when nobody wants to look.

We end with action, not doom: get involved locally, watch who gets on your ballot, protect your assets, and think long-term about sovereignty, including Bitcoin self-custody. If this connected dots you’ve felt but couldn’t explain, subscribe, share the episode, and leave a review. What part of the system do you think breaks first?

Welcome And Simultaneous Sip

SPEAKER_19

The revolution's gonna become for sure. It's the little It's a little guys. It's a little guys. It's gonna be peasants, man. We're just peasants. Every one of us.

SPEAKER_18

You watch those old movies, you see the peasants in the background with the kings and kings walking around. We're those people. We're those people.

SPEAKER_19

Good morning, peasants. Welcome to another episode of The Peasants Perspective. I'm so glad you joined us this morning. Ron, I can see you over there blinking at me. What are you doing? What? I bought this hat. It says blink if you want me. But I thought it's a good idea. But I thought it said blink. I thought it said blink if you like me when I ordered it for some reason. So it's like I can't really wear this hat for like I'm wearing it to the podcast this morning. I know you guys are all at home blinking because you want to hear about James Covey today. Of course you do. Of course you do. But of course, he knew when we were going live. Glad to have you here. Are you guys back yet? Are you guys on your way back to Idaho or are you still over there in Florida? Let's see here. And then, of course, Ron, that's you on YouTube. Good morning. Good morning. Welcome, welcome, everybody. All right. I know why you guys pile in nice and early. Doug Wyatt, good morning, peasants. Glad you made it. Putty boy, good morning. We peasants are amongst a couple of kings yesterday. We were amongst a couple of kings yesterday. Yeah. Donald Trump had a really funny deal there. He's like, he got up in the ball, you know, I don't know, whatever tent they were doing their little reception thing in. And he's like, you know, the king got the Democrats to stand and clap. I can't even get that to happen. And I was like, that's because you're not a king. That was so funny. Pray the rosary daily. Happy Wednesday. Glad you made it. Yep. Good morning. Oh, I'm reading Ron typing. Good morning. Good morning, everybody. All right. Thank you so much for rolling in early. And I know why you come bright and early. It's for the simultaneous sip. And all you need for that is a cup or a mug or a glass, a tackard, a chalice or stein, a canteen, jug or flask, a vessel of any kind. Fill it with your favorite liquid. This morning I got my last couple sips of coffee. And join me now for the unparalleled pleasure of the dopamine hit of the day, the thing that makes everything better, the simultaneous sip. And it starts right now.

SPEAKER_30

Hey, these are unprecedented times we're in here. I mean, we've never had a government that goes after perceived enemies like this and violate people's constitutional rights.

Comey Indicted And 8647 Explained

unknown

Hey.

SPEAKER_30

Okay.

SPEAKER_19

Have we never had a government that does that? That's Senator Mark Kelly, alleged senator. I'm not 100% sure he was elected, but whatever. Uh from Arizona. And the big news is this. Guess what? We got to hear from our favorite communist FBI director, James Comey.

SPEAKER_22

My family and I have known for years that there are costs to standing up to Donald Trump. Oh boy. But we couldn't imagine ourselves living any other way. We will not live on our knees. And you shouldn't either. Somebody that I love dearly recently said that fear is the tool of a tyrant. And she's right. But I'm not afraid. And I hope you're not either. I hope instead you are engaged, you are paying attention, and you will vote like your beloved country depends upon it. Which it does. My heart is broken for the Department of Justice. But I have great confidence in the federal judicial system. I'm innocent. So let's have a trial.

SPEAKER_19

Let's have a trial. I think our sound is still a little scratchy, Ron. We were kind of playing with the sound settings earlier today. So that's James Comey, right? So yesterday, big big news, he got indicted. But he says fear is a tool of a tyrant. You know, he's right. If I remember correctly, there was a moment in time where he said something like this.

SPEAKER_12

Do you agree with the strategy of focusing on the oathkeepers and focusing on prosecuting that group of individuals first in order for it to be a deterrent?

SPEAKER_21

You've got to throw the net wide, get all of them, both the organized groups, Crowdboys, Oathkeepers, but find everybody who went into that building. Find them all. Again, not because of my concern that those people who committed a misdemeanor are gonna they're gonna go into the community and re-offend. The message has to be sent of zero tolerance. We will find everyone and punish everyone who went in there so that no one does it again. We will hunt you to the end of the earth, even for a misdemeanor, and make you pay for that to send that message. Okay. What he said.

SPEAKER_19

Wow. Wow. You know, there's so many people in my world that really didn't understand what was happening to me. Right? They didn't understand the J6 thing in general. It was like, well, okay, well, you know, in the beginning it was like, well, you'll just get like a plea deal. And then sentences started coming down. But it was like, you know, the original sentence guy when he was put on trial, he got, I don't know, 14, 16 years, some ridiculous sentence. But it was like, well, you know, there's a couple videos of him being really outrageous.

SPEAKER_24

Yeah, so I mean, we don't know. I mean, maybe it was bad.

SPEAKER_19

Yeah, and you know, you watch the video of me, and it's like, okay, well, you know, you shouldn't push a gate into the cops. It's like, yeah, I live in Seattle. I mean, they freaking took over six city blocks, killed people. You know what I mean? Like, this is this is the home of the WTO riots. Like, it's like a pastime. Like you go to a mariner's game and then you go protest, occupy Walter or something. You know what I'm saying? It was like, uh, and then and and so the idea that these guys were coming after you to really make you afraid, they were trying to chill free speech, and it worked. It absolutely worked. I mean, there there were a couple people who committed suicide over this misdemeanor charges, not Matt Perino, right?

SPEAKER_24

I mean, well, some people think that because we're talking, we're on the fringes of freedom.

SPEAKER_19

So well, we can't ever, you know, we will make you pay. Even for misdemeanor charges, we will hunt you down to the end of the earth. What? What? Right? I mean, and so here's a guy who threatened Donald Trump's life, and yesterday the DOJ had a grand jury. This means normal American citizens who were summoned to a jury in North Carolina, by the way, not DC or Virginia, kind of home territory for James Comey, North Carolina were uh returned an indictment.

SPEAKER_14

Good afternoon. Today, a grand jury sitting in the Eastern District of North Carolina returned an indictment against James Comey on two counts. The first count is an honor about May 15th of last year, he knowingly and willfully making a threat to take the life of and to inflict bodily harm upon the president of the United States. Count two, same day, May 15th, 2025, that the defendant, James Comey, knowingly and willfully transmitting an interstate commerce communication that contained a threat to kill the president of the United States. Both of these counts carry a maximum term of imprisonment of 10 years. Um this is a big deal.

SPEAKER_24

This is a huge deal. This is a big deal. I never expected to hear this ever. I know, right?

SPEAKER_19

Right, absolutely. Martinizel says, on our way to Nauvoo, that's Illinois, to visit some friends from our ward. That's wonderful. Pony Boy 3255. I wonder if Dems are regretting getting Blondie fired now. I imagine they are. I imagine they are. You know, now here's the thing. Um, this has been going on for a while, right? So this investigation was started under Pam Bondi. All the investigations that we're gonna see, any results of anything, all started under Pam Blondy. This is not a rushed indictment. They took almost a year to charge this. I mean, clearly the Secret Service visited James Comey like the next day. And based on his statements, based on, I'm sure there were some warrants and subpoenas for you know cell phone data. I have to imagine James Comey has a pretty good digital exhaust. Like, I can't imagine it's like, you know, not using a VPN or you know, putting stuff out there on in openly, but he knows exactly what he's doing. So CNN had the report on this yesterday. There's an indictment, and last time Comey was indicted, he got a summons. This time he got a warrant.

SPEAKER_09

Jim Comey is expected to go back to that federal courthouse where he previously beat a set of criminal charges to face this new indictment. He faces two counts. One is for threatening the president, and the other is about transmitting that threat over uh interstate commerce lines. So posting it on the internet where people all over the nation and the world could see it. This new development this morning is that he is going to be self-surrendering. So the FBI or the U.S. Marshals are not going to pick him up and arrest him. McComey is expected to be placed under arrest. We're still waiting to hear timing on when he will appear in court. Uh, but in this situation, he is going first to the Eastern District of Virginia's federal courthouse to appear before a judge there. That's because he lives in that district, so we expect him to be in that area. But the case itself, it's out in North Carolina in the court district that covers the beaches there. The judge that will oversee it is a judge that has been on the bench for quite some time, but we'll see exactly how things go today. We know that Comey expects to mount uh quite a significant defense to this. The Justice Department has said that they take this, they took this very seriously as a threat. And this post, 8647 in Seashells, they looked into for nine or ten months. The grand jury approved the indictment. But Comey, he said uh he never intended any harm.

SPEAKER_19

Yeah, Comey played retarded. Now, Douglas Mackey in 2016 posted a meme telling Democrats to vote in to text their votes on Wednesdays. Right. And he was put in prison, spent seven months in a federal prison. Ultimately, his case was dismissed by the appeals court for lack of evidence, dismissed with prejudice, exonerated, bonds release, everything. They should have never indicted him. I don't even know if he was indicted. I think he was just, I don't know, probably charged by information or complaint. Not one person voted on Wednesday by text message. Okay. There's no victims. There was no interference in the election. So the and and there are tons of people who are sitting in prison for leaving nasty voicemails on senators and representatives' phones. There are people sitting in prison right now for threatening Donald Trump's life, for threatening Joe Biden's life, for threatening, there's probably still people hanging in prison for threatening Barack Obama's life, right? You cannot threaten public officials with death. You just can't do it. You know, I mean, people think, well, I don't have the means to do it. Listen, you could be sitting out in Omaha, Nebraska, you make a nasty voicemail, you're gonna spend some time in prison. There was a guy in the prison I was at in Missouri that threatened Donald Trump and his kids. I mean, someone, no news cycle, never heard of it. Yeah, he was spending like two years in prison for you know making nasty threats. You think this is no big deal. Do you think this one's gotten teeth? Uh, I do. Um, in this same district, they've got someone who they've got like multiple people who just took plea deals for threatening Joe Biden. Same charges. So, you know, if they just dismiss this charge, it's like, I don't know, man. So here's the grand jury indictment. We've got count one, uh, James Bryan Comey Jr. did knowingly willfully make a threat to take the life of and inflict bodily harm upon the president of the United States, and that he publicly posted a photograph on the internet social media site, Instagram, which depicts seashells arranging the pattern of 8647, which is a reasonable res which a reasonable recipient who is familiar with the circumstance would interpret as a serious expression of intent to do harm to the president of the United States. So the play here is well, he didn't know that 86 means eliminate or throw out or kill. The problem is I bet you they're going to find something in his writings or text message statements or something where he uses that phrase.

SPEAKER_24

Yeah, but the it the shells didn't accidentally fall into that shape. He knew what it meant. And the likely is the one who put it there. Yeah. Right? Oh, I look what I found on my wall. What I what I worry about is that there's too many opportunities with this specific incident for people to just go, eh. And it's just gonna fall apart. I I worry. I worry hard. Of course we do. This is just a big kabuki theater show.

SPEAKER_19

Uh well, we'll see. Um, on or about May 15th, he willfully did transmit an interstate foreign commerce. Basically, he posted it on the internet, this message. And then here's the other thing that I saw in here that I thought was interesting: a forfeiture notice. Notice is hereby given that all right, title, and an interest in the property described herein is subject to forfeiture. Upon conviction of any offense charged herein constituting specified unlawful activity or conspiracy to commit such offense, the defendant shall forfeit to the United States as made applicable any property real or personal which constant which constitutes or is derived from proceeds traceable to said offense. He raised money off it, right? Because he was being via, you know, he had he raised money. People gave him money for it. Any of the above-described forfeiture property as a result of any act or omission of a defendant cannot be located upon the exercise of due diligence, has been transferred to, transferred or sold or deposited with a third party or has been placed beyond the jurisdiction of the court, has been substantially diminished in value or has been commingled with other property which cannot be divided without difficulty. It is the intent of the United States, pursuant to Title 21, to seek forfeiture of any other property of said dependent upon the value of the forfeitable property described above.

SPEAKER_24

So he used this like a campaign tool? He did. Oh, hold on now, hold on. Now that's way more um, that's got way more teeth to me. Um that's way more important now. Okay.

SPEAKER_19

Well, upon conviction, they'll go take, you know, they'll say, hey, you raised up$200,000, they'll take your house. Right? Or whatever.

SPEAKER_24

But it's not just the money to me, it's the intent. This this speaks to intent.

SPEAKER_19

Yeah, and I think you're gonna find you're gonna find that they took a year to get this indictment, which means they probably got grand jury probably issued subpoenas to Apple or Microsoft or whoever his phone provider is, to his internet service providers, probably had a little NSA wiretapping to check.

SPEAKER_24

Right. So, what do you think the people that were donating money to him thought about the messages of the seashells? Don't you think that they thought that they meant what they meant? Oh, absolutely. Well, the money transaction there confirms that to everybody. So that I think helps the case.

SPEAKER_19

And here's the thing that always plays out in these cases every time. And it happened in J6 cases too, right? Happened in my case, right? You're like, hey, this is what I said publicly, this is what I posted, and then they'll play back to you a private Facebook message that you just think is between you and a friend. Does that make sense? Or they'll play back some voicemail that you left on someone saying, Hey, I'm in hot water, what should I say? And all of a sudden there's some really hinky context. Exactly, exactly. And the grand jury gets to see this, and eventually the jury will get to see this. So this was Todd Blanche when he's asked about this. Isn't this free speech? Don't you know? I mean, is this really that big a deal?

SPEAKER_14

What are you guys doing here? Um, so I think it's fair to say that threatening the life of anybody is dangerous and potentially a crime. Threatening the life of the President of the United States will never be tolerated by the Department of Justice. Over the past year, this department has charged dozens of cases involving threats against all sorts of individuals. We take these seriously, every single one of them. For example, just today in the Northern District of Florida, there was a guilty plea from an individual who threatened multiple political leaders, including President Trump. In the Eastern District of North Carolina, where this case was indicted earlier today, there are multiple threats cases very similar to this one, including one where the defendant pled guilty recently to threatening former President Biden, another one that's scheduled to go to trial this summer, another one indicted an individual who was divided for was indicted for threatening uh Tom Homan. I say that to say that while this case is unique and this indictment stands out because of the name of the defendant, his alleged conduct is the same kind of conduct that we will never tolerate and that we will always investigate and regularly prosecute.

Forfeiture And Evidence Of Intent

SPEAKER_19

So the interesting thing about this one is so James Comey posted this and it was reposted by thousands of people. And some of them people with actual violent threats and comments, and you know what this means, someone needs to step up and do it. And if you read the manifesto that came out from you know the White House correspondence shooter or assassin, uh, he was talking about this. Someone good has to stand up and do this, like radicalized by all this talk. So Andrew Weissman, who was kind of James Comey's running mate, he he ended up running the Russia Gate probe. Mueller was losing his mind, like he's you know, rested, pissed, as his pony boy says, R.I.P. James Mueller. But Andrew Weissman was the deputy that was running that and really ran the entire Russia Gate thing. And obviously, James Comey is deeply involved with that. John Brennan's deeply involved with that, and the media was deeply involved with that. And Andrew Weissman also, just interesting fact, again, there is a thread that connects this cabal of leadership from all the way back into the Obama administration to now. Uh, Andrew Weissman was the prosecutor that went after Arthur Anderson for shredding documents after seven years, which is when accounting firms can get rid of their documents, while Congress was trying to do some kind of investigation. And he created a manufactured, you know, uh charge against them, ended up bankrupting the firm. 80,000 employees got laid off, and then he ended up getting overturned at the Supreme Court nine to zero. Okay. And then what Congress did was they created the charge that he manufactured, the USC 1512 obstruction of official and official proceeding, the obstruction of Congress charge that I was charged with. That was his brainchild where he manufactured a charge, and then Congress later, after the fact went and created the charge that had it existed, maybe he could have actually used it, right? Which then again got overturned at co at it at the Supreme Court because we weren't tampering with an investigation, right? It was an official proceeding, but it wasn't an investigation. There was no document shredded, there were no witnesses presented from speaking, like it just didn't meet the criteria there. So again, this guy's kind of got his fingers in everything. Back when Trump was indicted, he was on the news talking about what a great day it was. And then this is a super clip. The next clip of him talking about Comey getting indicted.

SPEAKER_07

He is being treated no better or worse than anyone else. This is not selective prosecution. That this is not somebody who's singled out, that he's being treated just like anyone else. That is what it means to have a rule of law. That is what the Justice Department is really signaling and messaging here is that everyone will be treated as Merrick Garland has said, as you know, equally in this country. This is really a really a great day for America. This is such a horrendous moment for the rule of law, for the Department of Justice, for the country at large being singled out for impermissible reasons. Um, and so just because you did your job, but just because you referred uh the president uh or you opened an investigation into the president, um, those are not legitimate reasons to have a sort of tit for tat, vindictive prosecution. This looks like it. The emperor has no clothes that this is this is the abuse that it appears to be.

SPEAKER_19

Same people, same person. Oh, prosecuting the former president for crimes that we made up and accused him of? Best best day ever. Birthday cakes. Let's go. Then you turn around. Oh, Kobe gets indicted for threatening the president's life. We can't do that. Hundreds of other people sitting in prison dead. Oh my gosh, this is selective. This is not rule of law. Oh, this is the worst day ever. You know, and of course, Jake Clapper, we got to get him in on the action. Oh, yeah. Now, this kind of goes both with the White House correspondence dinner assassination. And I have to be completely transparent. I said things about Mike Pence on the Capitol steps that I have regretted. It. I was quoting and and parodying things that Lynn Wood had said, the defamation attorney, who still is challenging anybody to come soon for what he says. I followed that. I followed his rhetoric pretty closely, right? I regret saying it. I've never repeated it, right? Because it's I I understand that that that may have been a line that was crossed. Despite the allegations, despite the quote unquote evidence that's out there, the videos on the internet, I've seen it all. I've seen it all. I still have my opinions. It ain't coming out of my mouth anymore. It ain't coming out of my mouth anymore. So when Jake Chapper is saying this here, this kind of goes along with all these politicians that have been pointing at Trump calling him things like a pedo, calling him a criminal. And you know, I mean, we've just heard the rhetoric non-stop. So Jake Tapper, when Biden's in office and allegations are made, or when it's about Pizzagate and allegations are made, despite the evidence, he's got one opinion. Flip the script till now, totally different opinion.

SPEAKER_31

We in the United States need to fear more stochastic terrorism. In case you're not familiar with the term stochastic, it's defined as the public demonization of a person or a group that results in the incitement of a violent act, even without express orders to attack that person or group. When leaders, whether elected or in media or in a movement, when leaders claim that their opponents are pedophiles or Satanists or a part of a grand conspiracy to hurt you and your family, is anyone really surprised when somebody who hears this acts? What exactly do you think is gonna happen? Journalism and jokes are not calls for violence. Calls for violence are calls for violence.

SPEAKER_19

We in the United States need Pony Boy says, Ain't no fun when the rabbits got the gun, old buddy, old pal. Exactly. Carlitz, hello, freezing up from up here in Foxboro, Massachusetts. Is it still cold up there? We're starting to kind of warm up. I mean, I'm still wearing my sweater. I usually wear it into like July. I got medallias planted. Ooh, that's nice. Okay, so this is Joe Scarborough. Also, this is a flashback back back in the day when the J6 hearings were still going on. This is a flashback. Again, what's good for the goose has got to be good for the gander.

SPEAKER_03

If you're watching and you send around conspiracy theories like this that target other people, understand you're putting their life at risk. You should know that by now. You look at the at Pizzagate, the guy that showed up, like ready to shoot the place up because he believed the lies about Hillary Clinton being a pedophile.

SPEAKER_19

Yeah, or if the former director of the FBI who quote unquote investigated Donald Trump is like 8647, it might give some you know up-and-coming CIA agents or some of those secret undercover FBI agents, like, hey, you know, maybe if I'm gonna extracted work. Or what about BlackRock? What about BlackRock who's got you know deep stakeholder vested interests all over the place? What if what if they're like, hey, do we have some actors that are that are our payroll that maybe we could, you know, stage up into something? So Todd Blanche got asked about the free speech. Like, isn't this free speech? Remember what I said yesterday? You always have the right to say whatever you want to say, sure, but you don't get to pick your consequences. This is important. You can say whatever you want, but you don't always get to pick the consequences of your words. It's the yelling fire in a theater kind of concept, right?

SPEAKER_23

That shows that Mr. Comey intended for President Trump to be armed, and then secondarily for critics who say, where does free speech free speech end and an actual threat of violence?

Media Double Standards On Violence

SPEAKER_14

I don't know what critics say that, especially today, but it's not a very difficult line to look at, and it's not in my mind a difficult line for one to cross over one way or the other. We cannot, you are not allowed to threaten the president of the United States of America. That's not my decision. That's Congress's decision in a statute that they passed that we charge multiple times a year. And so whether whether there is a defense as you just described, maybe, maybe there is, but but the government will have evidence. I am not going to talk about the evidence that we have. That's unfair to him. It's unfair to the prosecutors, but it's enough to say that the grand jury returned returned an indictment.

SPEAKER_19

I'm just so the irony here is James Comey, he was hired by Rudy Giuliani and right back in the day in the whatever district of New York, but James Comey was originally a communist. He voted for communist candidate party members. Okay. And at some point, you know, went to college and matured and decided he wanted to get involved in law enforcement, thought, you know, maybe being a communist isn't exactly going to get me anywhere. And so he registered Republican. He climbed that ladder. Ultimately, he ended up being used by people that we would call communists in office and promoted. But oh look, he's of the party, he's Republican, you know, that kind of thing. Rudy Giuliani's like, I don't know what I was thinking. Like, he didn't, you know, he don't overtly show signs of that being this type of a person, right? You're just you're just hiring some young prosecutor and whatever. But Todd Blanch worked as a prosecutor under James Comey, and Comey was a Republican, and Todd Blanche was a Democrat. So now, what? And what was Todd Blanch? You know, he was a Democrat, and Comey's a Republican, and it's like uh Well, when you get on the turret tilt a whirl. Yeah, the irony here is kind of funny. Now there's another person who also, this is public information. There's this is not a conspiracy theory, this isn't a allegation, this is their own mouths. John Brennan was also a communist, voted for communist party members in the early 80s. Shocker. He kind of went CIA and went with the Democrat side of things, probably because he found a little bit of an ideological home. Well, uh John Brennan was on MS Now, and this is this is great. This is great. Again, big crocodile tears for this guy.

SPEAKER_10

The reality is there is a similar zeal to punish you for exercising your doing more than exercising your First Amendment rights for doing your job as the then director of the CIA. Um, what is it like to sort of watch this news come across the it's not a wire anymore, but come across our devices.

SPEAKER_06

Oh, shut up. Well Nicole, and an overused term is appalling. I find it appalling. Jim Comey served as uh U.S. attorney and the deputy attorney general for President George W. Bush. He served as the director of FBI for President Barack Obama. It is absurd to think that Jim Comey would be advocating violence against anyone, much less the President of the United States. I served with Jim Comey during the last years of the Obama administration. Uh he is somebody who I think served his country with integrity, with professionalism, and with determination to make sure that the rule of law was going to be followed. And so, as you pointed out, I think there has been a litany of these efforts over the past number of years, by the past year and a half by Donald Trump, to you know um exact revenge against some of his uh perceived uh political adversaries. So uh I feel very, very dismayed that Jim Comey is going through this and has to go through more of it. Uh, I am in that crowd of folks who has been targeted by Donald Trump. Uh, and it just uh shows just how much you know the Department of Justice has fallen how how bad it is now.

Declassified RussiaGate Documents

SPEAKER_19

Now, I want to show you guys this. This is this was released by Tulsi Gabbard, and it was declassified last year, but now it's been released to the public. Okay, so this right here is for the president 8 December 2016. Okay, so this was was was given to Barack Obama by John Brennan and by James Comey. Okay, the allegations that something was funky with the election in 2016 with Hillary Clinton, okay. This was given to Barack Obama. Cyber manipulation of U.S. election infrastructure to remain a challenge. We assess this is their uh presidential daily brief, PDB. Okay. We assess that Russian and criminal actors did not impact U.S. election results by conducting malicious cyber activities against election infrastructure. Russian government-affiliated actors most likely compromise an Illinois voter registration database and unsuccessfully attempted the same in other states. Election monitoring and the type of systems targeted, infrastructure not used to cast or count votes make it highly unlikely that it would have resulted in altering any state's official vote result. Criminal activity also failed to reach the scale and sophistication necessary to change election outcomes. New election technology in the future that decreases diversity in systems and expands computer-enabled functions provides additional avenues to manipulate votes. Okay, so basically what you're saying is the machines are vulnerable, and the more people are using the machines or the same type of machines, the more likely it is. But it didn't occur in 2016 to overturn the election.

SPEAKER_24

But also because they know how much they need.

SPEAKER_19

Right there. Failed to reach the scale of sophistication.

SPEAKER_24

How do they know?

SPEAKER_19

Well, whatever they were investigating, right?

SPEAKER_24

Because they know what the scale of sophistication is necessary is.

SPEAKER_19

So here's here's the important thing. This was on 8 December 2016. So they came to Barack Obama. Hey, is there cheating? Because we gotta we can't let we can't let this reality TV star win.

SPEAKER_24

And then which uh newscast did they put this out on?

SPEAKER_19

Well, they did. This was the presidential daily brief, right? So Barack Obama knew that there was no cheating in the election, but then it turned around in this. So this this comes later in January. Okay. So this is Brennan briefs. Barack Obama says Hillary is ginning up a Russia collusion narrative in order to, you know, try to sow some doubt. And then they research it and they're like, no, Russia didn't do anything. So that's the definitive word, all in confidential briefings.

SPEAKER_26

Okay.

SPEAKER_19

That it says this is then in January, the IC is prepared to produce an assessment per the president's request that pulls together the information we have on the tools Moscow used and the actions it took to influence the 2016 election, an explanation of why Moscow directed those activities and how Moscow's approach has changed over time, going back to 2008 and 2012 as reference points. OD and I will lead the effort with participation from the C A FBI NSA and DHS. The goal, per the president's request, the goal would be to produce a highly classified version and an unclassified version. The classified version would include a comprehensive analysis of Russian's activities, drawing from available sources, with a target delivery date of 9 January to the president. And what happened on that date? The go open the investigations and start getting Trump, Russia Gate. So this is how RussiaGate was started. Hey, Russia didn't do anything, fair election. Per the president's request, the goal is to produce a highly classified version. Okay. The unclassified version would follow the classified delivery and to the greatest extent possible would include the same information while still protecting sources and methods. The goal would be to make the unclassified document publicly available. This is what got leaked to the Washington Post, Huffington Post, and Yahoo News, which then allowed them to publish it and then take it back to the FISA court and start the whole spying campaign. An interagency steering group led by ODNI will scope project, ensure access to information, provide coordination, and review the guidance. Interagency Tiger team will draft assessment of quote, what happened? CIA, FBI, NSA officers will participate. DHS and OSC analysis will contribute. Assessment will address the following questions. How did Moscow seek to influence the US presidential elections in 2016? What tools did they use? Hacking, leaks, cyber activity against voting media uh systems, media spin, trolls, and fake news. That's it right there. Have you heard this? No. But it's out there. We Ron, we ran this down five years ago.

SPEAKER_24

Oh, I know, I know, I know. I know all this, but I we have never seen this page.

SPEAKER_19

Yeah, we know it. We we actually have seen the leaks of this. Yes. But this was now declassified for Tulsa Gabbard. Barack Obama, per the president's request. Oh, the election wasn't hacked. Gin it up. So doubt. Spy on Trump. Go get him. General Flynn. General Flynn was going to take over at ODNI. Notice how the interagent steering group led by ODI. So General Flynn was about to take over this project. Instead, he became a target of it. Now you might remember James Comey in Congress was asked about these allegations and if if the FBI or anybody was spying on Trump, he flat out denied it later.

SPEAKER_00

Do you stand by your House testimony of March 20th that there was no surveillance of the Trump campaign that you're aware of? Correct. You would know about it if they were, is that correct?

SPEAKER_22

I think so, yes.

SPEAKER_00

Okay.

SPEAKER_22

With respect to the president's tweet, we're gonna have to be directed into the administration. I have no information that supports those tweets. We have looked carefully inside the FBI. The Department of Justice has asked me to share with you that the answer is the same for the Department of Justice and all its components. The Department has no information that supports those tweets.

FISA Abuse And FBI Reforms

SPEAKER_19

So basically he's saying, We didn't spy on him, we don't know what he's talking about, and you know, that's it right there. That's perjury. Can we not agree that that's perjury? Yeah, you telling me the director of the FBI was unaware that he was directed by the president to gin this up? Really? John Brennan, who you just heard from? Oh, Brock, I mean, he did his job. This, you know, when Donald Trump says Barack Obama committed treason, I just read you the document right there. I just read it to you. Oh, but doesn't he have free speech to threaten the life of the president? Dan Bongino, former deputy director of the FBI, was on uh Hannity's Hangout podcast. He's got a way better studio than us, Ron. We gotta we gotta really step up our team. Oh, right. Look at this man came. You know, look at this man came. So he talks about changes they make inside the FBI. Now, there's a big discussion right now in Congress about renewing FISA as it stands, but behind the scenes, these guys did do quite a bit to try to change things so that this type of spying can't happen and create better paper trails. Because one of the things that happened was with James Cole me up there being like, nope, don't have the evidence. They had taken what evidence there was and they had tucked it away into secret rooms, secret skiffs, secret parts of their computer system that nobody could get access to. Burn bags, burn bags, all that kind of stuff.

SPEAKER_01

We have made enough dramatic changes. We put a ton of new Pfizer rules in place. I mean, Cash and I were on Pfizer probably three, four times a week in special meetings just for that. I brought in a lawyer just for Pfizer to go over that stuff. We put in new guardrails, new penalties, we reorganized the place so that Intel was more manageable and you couldn't like hide pockets of Intel. You're not gonna be able to hide the PP tape now. They're gonna have to change what we did, which is gonna create a paper trail that I'm warning them like when they say it changes back to us again, we're gonna find again. So good luck. I'm not telling you they're not gonna do it. I'm obviously I'm worried about it, but I'm just telling you, we did a massive amount of change. And I think you're gonna see, and I said on my show, so I feel free telling you how we're not done. I mean, that Comey indictment, if you think that was the end, like you're out of your mind.

COVID Origins Cover-Up Charges

SPEAKER_19

We so Comey will have his day in court this morning, and I'm sure he'll plead not guilty. Here's what I'm looking for. What are his pretrial release conditions? Under normal circumstances, you threaten a public official, you don't get bonded. You're you have to stay incarcerated. If it's if it's like your first time offense, no problem, and you've got a pretty lenient judge, you're probably gonna get an ankle monitor, so you can't, you know, randomly make your way to the location where a political official is. He's gonna get special treatment because he used the internet to trend to do that crime, he would have no internet access. Like we had guys that I that I was with in in um the the DC gulag that hadn't been on the internet for three years. They they were not allowed to be on the internet, they weren't allowed to use cell phones, like basically you can have antenna TV. That's it, cannot be able to transmit anything, look anything up, made it very difficult for them to even know what was going on out in the world and like with their cases and stuff like that. So, you know, in a in a fair everybody's equal under the law system, that would be the case. Now, this is the DOJ that just did a plea deal for some dude to spend 90 days in prison stabbing someone, which should have carried a life sentence because he was a DOJ prosecutor. He's gonna get special treatment. Yeah, he'll get special treatment. So that was one big thing yesterday. There was another big thing. Guess what? We had our first COVID indictment. What?

SPEAKER_20

Yeah, yeah. Things are things are picking up. This over an alleged cover-up involving research into the origins of COVID. Rich Edson on this story. Intriguing, Rich. What'd you find out there in Washington?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, it is Bill. The Justice Department has charged David Morrins, a doctor, with conspiracy, claiming he concealed federal records to counter evidence that COVID-19 may have leaked from a lab in China, all to help restore a controversial coronavirus grant. Morrins, a former aide to Dr. Anthony Fauci, testified before the House's COVID select subcommittee nearly two years ago about emails he'd sent in February 2021, claiming that he'd learned to make emails disappear after he received Freedom of Information Act requests.

SPEAKER_32

No, but let me explain why when I came there in 1998, we were instructed to delete emails or to move them into PST files frequently because they jammed the computer.

SPEAKER_02

The indictment says the co-conspirator could also provide meals at top restaurants in Paris, New York, and Washington, D.C. In April 2020, the NIH terminated that back coronavirus grant awarded to EcoHealth Alliance, who then contracted the Wuhan Institute of Virology to conduct that research in China. From the start of the pandemic, its president, Peter Dazik, worked to discredit any theory that COVID-19 had leaked from that lab.

SPEAKER_20

All right. Thank you, Rich. More to come. Rich Edson on that story. Five years, Ron. What a great day. Five years.

SPEAKER_19

Ron, the show started over COVID, right? This, Ron, we're we are coming. We're not there yet. We're coming. There will be when I'm fully vindicated and made whole for what we've gone through, right?

SPEAKER_24

But this is such a great, great indication. This this is huge. You should just say this. You should have seen my reaction. I I Taylor saw it, but nobody else saw it.

SPEAKER_17

But I this was bigger than the Komi.

SPEAKER_19

You're like, oh that's that's pretty close. People died. Thousands, millions of people died. Yeah. Lives were disrupted, relationships were destroyed, and it and it's the lies. Oh, it came from a it came from a bat, it came from a penguin, it came from a wool market. You covered up that it was a lab leak, and then you created a narrative and pushed it through the Lancet magazine, totally discrediting anything they've ever published because oh, I can influence them to say that it was natural origins, not to finger who the communists, the CCP. Okay, and that that disrupted international travel, that made every country go crazy. And then and then, of course, you have the bioweapon called the COVID shot. You know, sorry for everybody who ended up taking it, but all of it was based on lies. Lies, lies, and more lies. Lies that justified euthanasia. Lies that justified euthanasia. Lies and and it again, it's all a big thread here. What did they use? That lab leak. Now, if it's a lab leak, now we go, was it intentional or was it accidental? That should have been our discussion. If it was intentional, what was the result of that? Suspension of Of state constitutions to enable mass mail-in balloting. Wisconsin has some of the tightest absentee ballot laws, like a thousand absentee ballots per year going back in history, to millions of absentee ballots being sent in. To the point where you had people in nursing homes that couldn't even say their names voting, right? Family was bringing this up. You have ballots showing up, and you have more voters voting in Pennsylvania than you have registered voters at all. And this tradition has stayed with us.

SPEAKER_24

So what do you think, Taylor? Was it intentional or I think it was clearly?

SPEAKER_19

I think it was intentional. Right.

SPEAKER_24

I do too.

SPEAKER_19

Now, if it was accidental, then it just became weaponized. They clearly said that's our crisis. What's our solution?

SPEAKER_24

How do we how do we Machiavelli? If there's some if it somehow was accidental, they will capitalize on it. They immediately capitalized on it.

SPEAKER_19

But the timing, you have to remember, Trump is being impeached and the impeachment's going to fail. And suddenly we have videos on X out of Wuhan, China. You know what you don't have on X every day? Videos out of China because they're not allowed to use X. So where'd these videos come from? Right. Do you see? Do you get this here? This was the overthrow of our government. Comey was indicted for threatening the life of the president. This isn't the grand conspiracy, but Comey and Brennan and Barack Obama were involved in this. Trump still won the election because there was no high-level sustained election fraud enough to tip the balance in 2016. At least that they can point at Donald Trump. But no, we're going to run with it. We're going to run with it. We're going to obstruct his presidency. We're going to cause an impeachment. Then that fails. Then we're going to go switch to Ukraine gate. And then we end up with COVID, which changes the campaign, right? Because now Joe Biden has the plausible believability. America's scared of the virus, so I'm not even going to leave my basement. I'm just going to do Zoom calls and I'm going to have rallies with 12 people in separated rallies with crickets. Meanwhile, Trump's out there doing massive, massive rallies.

SPEAKER_24

Right. Remember, every time he flew into a place, there'd be like 60,000 people at the airport waiting for him.

SPEAKER_19

But they all had to be outdoors.

SPEAKER_17

Of course, the media was like, this is a super spreader event.

SPEAKER_19

They're killing people. This is horrible. Do you get it yet? Ron, we're we're be the peasants are being vindicated, bro.

SPEAKER_24

I know. It's pretty exciting.

SPEAKER_19

Actual cover up. It came from a lab. We'll say it came from, we'll say it came from the nature through the through the wet lab. Okay. So we can blame nobody. We'll get a major publication to say it was natural origins, which then which then covers up the conspiracy that it was a bioweapon specifically for the purpose of overthrowing the election and likely to kill the human population and change our DNA. That's the result. Yeah. And this guy finally got indicted. That's the twisted part. That's the twisted part. It goes along with the world new world order agenda of depopulation. So two birds with one stone, Ron. We can get rid of Donald Trump, who has said all along, they're don't, they're they're coming after me because I'm standing in the way of them getting to you. That's what he said from the very beginning. And where did it come from? The communist country of China. Who is the FBI director? A former communist. Who's the CIA director? A former communist. Remember what I read yesterday about the three forms of socialism? You've got outright socialism, at least they're honest about it. You have European socialism, you have American socialism, which is where we think we're free. We don't think this stuff is happening, but it is. Even Vladimir Putin weighed on on this because Donald Trump lost the 2020 election. And remember, he got impeached over Ukraine. And Vladimir Putin, Putin was asked about the war between Russia and Ukraine because Joe Biden literally pushed this issue to the max to where Russia was forced to take action.

SPEAKER_04

If the victory wasn't stolen from him in 2020, maybe the Ukrainian crisis that arose in 2022.

SPEAKER_19

It would have never appeared. Millions of people have died. Isn't that what communists do every single time? Has there ever been an event in history where collectivism has not led to death and destruction, both economically and in the in the terms of real life? And the communists were running this place. Sure, Comey put on the label of Republican. Sure, John Brennan put on the label of Democrat. Sure, Barack Obama put on the label of progressive Democrat Socialist or whatever he called.

SPEAKER_24

I mean, I've thought about putting on another label so I could run.

SPEAKER_19

Now there's another communist that's running a major city in America. Her name is Kim Bass down in LA. Do you remember when we had those huge fires last year? Yeah. And you know, swept through just massive fires. Now, you know, wildfires are wildfires. They happen.

SPEAKER_24

They happen every year.

SPEAKER_19

Yeah, not like every wildfire is not caused by a lightning strike or a down power cable or something like that. But Kim Bass, when those fires were happening, in a very interesting twist, she was overseas. Now remember, Kim Bass went to Cuba to get trained by the Marxists and the communists down there on how to do her thing, is now a quote unquote Democrat, but really she's a communist. Like that's not even a secret. Again, I'm not making allegations here or just using it as a smear. They say these words, like they tell you what they are. Okay. So she left an interesting voicemail on a local business owner's phone who apparently they work together quite a bit. Okay. They work together quite a bit. As she was getting ready to hop on a plane to go to Africa. I don't really know what the mayor of Los Angeles wants to do in Africa, but she left a really interesting phone call on uh or voicemail on this, or had a phone conversation that got recorded with this local business owner, essentially warning him ahead of time and mentioning things like the wind, and I hope you're okay. Okay, so this is now this is good night, good night la. This is now starting to percolate and and become something here. Because remember what the communists do. They want to destroy property, destroy private property, concentrate power, and kill people. At the end of the day, their agenda ends in eugenics and getting rid of the quote unquote useful eaters.

SPEAKER_15

This is a recorded phone call viewed millions of times this last year. Now getting more views today, with John Alley coming forward, disagreeing with the mayor over what this whole thing was about. Sharp disagreements over a recorded phone call involving LA mayor Karen Bass just three days before the Palisades fire.

SPEAKER_25

And hopefully you can read in between the lines.

SPEAKER_15

For the first time, John Alley is publicly identifying himself as the man who recorded that controversial call.

SPEAKER_25

If President Biden extends me an invitation, I took it. This is not a this yes.

SPEAKER_15

Now coming forward, weeks before the primary election. Why is this coming out now? I think people need to know.

SPEAKER_16

They're still asking me why the call? What was my relationship with her?

SPEAKER_15

As a business owner with dozens of properties across LA, Ali says he and the mayor used to talk regularly.

SPEAKER_16

I have a good sense of what's going on on the streets, and she relied on me for that.

SPEAKER_15

He says he recorded about 90 seconds of this conversation.

SPEAKER_25

In terms of my trip, just so you know, I'm missing two work days.

SPEAKER_15

Three days before the Palisades fire, she called me and told me she was boarding the tarmac. What was it about this phone call that made you want to start recording?

SPEAKER_25

Her tone.

SPEAKER_15

According to the mayor's team, the phone call wasn't about fire danger, but about law enforcement operations at MacArthur Park, saying the call was keeping constituents updated about important city matters. She's saying that this whole phone call was about law enforcement operations at McCurve Park. It was about wind. I warned her of the winds. The mayor's staff calling that claim misinformation and a conspiracy, adding exploiting people's loss in the Palisades is disgusting and it's a distraction from the recovery and rebuilding.

SPEAKER_16

It was fire and wind was part of the conversation. There's no conspiracy. No one's I'm not uh I I lost as much as anybody in terms of property and life.

SPEAKER_15

The two very much clearly in disagreement, as well as many people online. Reporting the Palisades, Matthew Seedorf, Fox 11 News.

SPEAKER_19

So kind of like, hey, spreading the information that the Chinese Communist Party did this or it came out of a lab, that that's just disinformation and it's you know it's destructive to public trust. Do you see a theme here? People's homes burned away, right? And by the way, it's not really being rebuilt built back, right? Do you know who the number one buyer of all these lots in the Palisades are?

SPEAKER_24

BlackRock.

SPEAKER_19

No, China. Oh China, Chinese owners. They're gobbling up these vacant properties. Okay. And they're funneling the money oftentimes through New Zealand. Like we know we we can follow the money. How coincidental is that? Let's get rid of all the upper, even high income people in the Palisades. Let's devastate them, get rid of their equity, get rid of their value, screw them over with insurance, right? Screw them over there, make it impossible for them to rebuild or get permits, and then watch as the communist Chinese buy up the real estate. Hey, I just wanted to let you know that there's fire wins. Just want to make sure you're gonna be okay. Heads out of the country for a couple days. Fire wins destruction. And this guy's sitting there going, How did you know that was gonna happen? Why did you just call me out of the blue to warn me? Pretty interesting, isn't it?

SPEAKER_24

Ah, the call was about something else.

SPEAKER_19

Trust us because we're so trustable. Right? We have another communist in power in one of our major cities, Zoran Mandami in New York. He had a press conference yesterday because you know, they're required by the state to have a balanced budget. And but he's made a lot of promises for childcare, public grocery stores, rent controls, you know, so he just is had this press conference, and he's just like, hey, I can't balance the budget, so I'm extending my budget deadline, and uh I need the state to give me money.

SPEAKER_35

New York City faces a budget crisis of a historic magnitude. We inherited a deficit larger than any since the Great Recession. Years of mismanagement and chronic underbudgeting, alongside a structural imbalance between what New York City sends to the state and what we receive in return, have taken a toll. We cannot close this deficit with savings alone. We need new revenue, and we need a structural reset in our relationship with the state. That is the only way to meet our legal obligation to pass a balanced budget, and to do so without imposing a financial burden onto the backs of working people. I'm glad to partner with Speaker Menon as we call upon Albany and deliver a balanced budget. Together, we are extending the executive budget deadline from this coming Friday until May 12th, because the crisis of the scale cannot be solved without state action. I want to be clear, we are not simply asking others to act. New York City is doing our part. We are committed to governing what the fiscal responsibility this moment demands. Speaker Menon and I have already identified meaningful savings, and we will continue that work carefully, deliberately, and without cutting the services that New Yorkers rely on. But we cannot do it alone. That is why we are standing together this morning to underscore what is at stake and to call on Albany to deliver additional revenue.

SPEAKER_19

So Pony Boy says, so free buses still? Without cutting any services, we we by law required to balance the budget, but we cannot cut anything. And I've added a bunch of stuff too. There's the biggest deficit ever because we just haven't raised taxes enough on you guys. And they keep controlling rent, so we keep low-income people in the city where it should be sky high to live. Do you get it yet? Nobody could have predicted this. Nobody. Okay, we got the same problem here, right? We got Haiti in in Seattle. We just passed what did Washington State do? No income tax. It's in our constitution. Now we're doing that. You guys are all filing. But oh, don't worry, we'll only charge the millionaires the first year. Oh, we don't want to affect working lower class people because we don't want them to leave the city. They vote for us because we give them free stuff. But man, if you make any money in New York, get out. Jeez. Do you get it yet? The communists, the American, American socialism. Maybe we just need to try it one more time. Yeah, it's just because everybody's not doing it. That's the problem. Right now, maybe maybe we need some forced compliance. Now we've got a senator who has long been a communist openly. I'm a socialist, democratic socialist. He even ran as independent a couple times. You know, he kind of does the caucus with the Democrats, runs as independent, you know, that that guy because he's so far left. He's not independent because he's like, doesn't want to be a Republican or Democrat and he's right in the middle. No, he's so far left, he's beyond the left of the Democrats, and he's been that for a while. And he's extremely popular amongst youth, youth who can't make any money, can't afford houses. Extremely popular talking about. I thought you were talking about Vermin Supreme. Frankly, he'd probably be better than most of our politicians. Let's be frank. No, I'm talking about Bernie Sanders, right? So this is a fellow senator talking about Bernie Sanders.

SPEAKER_34

Well, Senator Sanders, uh, he America Last, Senator Sanders is a guy that has a history of embracing communism, you know, visiting Soviet Union. I say the Soviet Union because it was pre uh um Russia, it was back during the Cold War when Americans typically didn't go to the Soviet Union, but that was a vacation destination for him. He embraces Chinese communism, and I all I can say is it if it if it quacks like a duck, walks like a duck, it's a duck. Senator Sanders is a communist. How he ever got elected is beyond me, and he is a threat to national security. Well, you're on intelligence.

SPEAKER_19

I wanted to ask you about how he ever got elected beyond me. I know how you had a CIA director that's a communist, you have an FBI director that's a communist. You ended up with we ended up with a president's a communist, mayor of LA is a communist, mayor of New York's a communist. And they all said, hey man, you should run. The themes are the same. Yeah, hey, you should run. We'll totally back you up, we'll make you look like a moderate. Okay. Now, what happens in communist countries? Like I said, they they really take your money, right? They want to take your money, they want to take your life energy, and ultimately they'll kill you. Right.

SPEAKER_24

So they gotta take everybody's money because you gotta split it up and make it all fair, you know?

Housing Equity Crisis And Depopulation Claims

SPEAKER_19

Yeah. So one of the things, unfortunately, we we're communists too. We have a fiat system, we have a central bank, but we have these capitalist mentalities, right?

SPEAKER_24

Well, yeah, we're fair, just like the communists.

SPEAKER_19

Yeah, exactly. So this right here is China's real estate market has erased all gains in the last 20 years. So, you know, one of the things that people have said is look at how good China's doing. You know, real estate is growing, their business market's growing, all that stuff. Since 2022, they have gone back 20 years backwards, Ron. Wow. 20 years. They've erased all gains in 20 years. What's happening in LA? They're erasing the gains. What's happening in New York? They're erasing the gains. Well, you got to keep the playing field level. Well, the older, there's a direct correlation between wealth and age. I don't know if you knew that or not.

SPEAKER_24

No.

SPEAKER_19

Ben Shapiro points this out pretty articulately. He's like, when when the youth are like, we don't have any money and it's hard, and we need we need more services. Well, then they'd go forward 30 years and they become the rich ones, right? It's like the kids in the 70s that were protesting all of a sudden now have huge home equity, and they're like, Stop charging me property tax. You're the ones who voted it in, and now you're suffering the the fallout of that. There's a direct correlation between age and wealth. And why is that? Oh, I don't know, a little principle called compound interest. It takes time to build wealth. You got to work hard, you gotta pick yourselves up by the bootstraps. You gotta in in America, saving is kind of pointless, but you got to invest, you know, that kind of thing. So when you see something like this and the Chinese were sold on this idea that the way they could get ahead, because they have suppressed wages, you know, they have a much more open socialist communist system, was the way that you could get ahead was to purchase real estate and let it appreciate, right? They've erased those gains, impoverishing homeowners in China 20 years backwards, 20 years backwards, they're back below 2006 values. What if we had a similar drop in values, Ron? Ouch. Yeah, now there's this clip of Donald Trump from when he spoke at the World Economic Forum talking about home equity. And this is this is why Donald Trump is up against kind of a wall here because our economic system will lead to this. It has to. You have to devalue things, kind of reset things. The government sucks up all that property, or the elites suck up all that property, or in our case in America, the Chinese suck up all that property, right? And so, but at the same time, you've got people who've worked their entire lives and they've had very few quality investment vehicles to invest in. So, what's the number one sole source of wealth for most Americans? Their house. Their house. China just took that from their economic policies, led to that. If our economic policies continue, it will lead to that. But and I've mentioned this a lot, everyone younger than me, 40 and younger under, has felt iced out of the housing market. But everyone 40 and over has home equity. But what happens if you drop the prices of houses to give to the young people? You impoverish the old people. And what does poverty in your old age usually lead to? Premature death. Because there's also a direct correlation between wealth and lifespan. Do you get it?

SPEAKER_24

Healthcare is expensive.

SPEAKER_19

These guys aren't stupid. It's not like communists don't understand how to run a spreadsheet, okay, and figure out how to, hey, if if wealth and life expectancy are there, and we don't want to pay people in retirement, we need to get rid of the useless, unproductive members of society. One of the ways we can do that is make it so they have no wealth. And then we can shift that wealth, those houses, those assets, to the youth who can now afford it. Yeah. Who are productive and are paying taxes and have been sold on the Bernie Sanders mentality because he went on a college road trip. Andrew Cuomo figured this out with his hot little side piece, AOC. Exactly. Yes, exactly. So here's Donald Trump defending home ownership for this very reason, right? You don't want to impoverish the elderly because it leads to their death, right? In order for someone young to have a house, sometimes someone older has to lose out if we continue with the current system that we're on.

SPEAKER_29

Um, I am very protective of people that already own a house. Of which we have millions and millions and millions. And because we have had a such a good run, the house values have gone up tremendously. And these people have become wealthy. They weren't wealthy, they become wealthy because of their house. And every time you make it more and more and more affordable for somebody to buy a house cheaply, you're actually hurting the value of those houses, obviously, because the one thing works in tandem with the other. And I don't want to do anything that's gonna hurt the value of people that own a house who, for the first time in their lives, are walking around the streets of whatever city they're in, very proud that their house is worth$500,000,$600,000,$700,000. Now, if I want to really crush the housing market, I could do that so fast and people could buy houses, but you would destroy a lot of people that already have houses. In some cases, they've mortgaged their house and the mortgage would be very low, and all of a sudden the mortgage without any changes becomes very high and they end up losing the house. I have to say Yeah.

SPEAKER_19

You want to protect me, Ma, you want to protect your parents. For some of you, it's protecting you in the audience, right? I know I know most of our audience is actually older than I am, right? This is the conundrum. Because we have a socialist system and we haven't been able to admit it, we are in a situation where the solution is to impoverish the elderly or the older people, probably causing an early demise in order to give to the young who will continue to pay in the system, and the same thing will repeat over and over. And over and over again. And you can watch the premier communist country, China, doing just that. Hey, youth can't afford. We've been on this rise. Okay, crash prices. Well, everyone's solved problems.

SPEAKER_24

We'll get rid of most people don't realize that it's happening because death is a single life event, but it's happening every day. This is plug flow. This is happening all the time. Yes.

SPEAKER_19

So the communists. We have to we have to reject it. And we have to recognize that Republicans aren't fighting the right battle. They don't recognize that we're already here, right? Donald Trump is putting some stopgap measures in, like, hey, let's figure out a way. So what's the solution? If you can't lower the price of housing, then there's there's a solution. You have to raise the income of the productive part of society, the workers, the laborers, the people that are out there getting their first job. So Trump's tariff policies, Trump's trade policies, his economic policies in general, the deregulation agenda is designed to do what? Raise wages. Well, a report came out yesterday on manufacturing.

SPEAKER_17

Guess what? We do see Richmond Fed manufacturing. Everybody continues to, of course, monitor to see if on Turing and some of the issues of manufacturing are picking up a bit. This particular read is better than expected for April. We're looking at three versus an expectation of one. That's the high water mark of the year. As a matter of fact, you have to go all the way back to February of 25 to find a positive number of three. To find a higher number, you're back to April of 2022.

SPEAKER_19

We do see so you go back to the recovery after COVID before you see another higher number like that. Because it just went down and down from there. Because what was Joe Biden doing? The same thing the communists doing. He was crushing people, right? And wages were depressing. A lot of that was because of the open border. So Trump, between closing the border, tariff policy, trade policy, and then bringing manufacturing back, which is what the trade, the tariff policies are designed to do. Manufacturing is triple what the expected number was. So, yes, we're not going to lower the price of housing, but hopefully we can raise wages and allow younger and younger workers to be able to reach into those houses. Okay, that's a good plan. Now there's another thing that's going on too. The communists all around the world have figured out that they can game our system. You ever heard of the H1B visa scam? Yes. What happens when H1B visa scams has an intersection with daycare and child care scams? Oh boy. It could be kind of rough. Oh, indeed, we're looking for our April Rita. Okay, wrong one here.

SPEAKER_24

Okay, so this is uh this is also the well, the scam can get exponential because then there's nothing to stop it. You can if you have if every part of it's fake, then it can just make and steamroll.

H1B Daycare Scam And PPP Fraud

SPEAKER_19

Yeah. So let me show you an example here of a completely messed up system here. This is a longer clip, and I really want to play it all because again, this is endemic. Communists do this, they'll game you, they'll game the capitalists, the people who think they're playing on a play level playing field, but then they but then they also take for themselves, right? The people who do the scamming do the taking. So, right, what this clip is, is this is a Blaze Media report, and they went out to one of these H1B visa places that's getting a bunch of H1B visas and got an undercover video, as well as they were also scamming the PPE loan system, and they were also scamming the child care uh system as well. Talk about a conflux of problems here.

SPEAKER_26

These are people who depend on the land for their visas, and then you get for influence.

SPEAKER_11

Is it true that you're charging$20,000 for visas? Is your dad a member of the CCP? We are outside of Allen Infant Care Center. Allen Infant Care used to actually be a place called Golden Acorn Academy. These two daycares actually are owned by a holdings company called Golden She Holdings LLC. Now, Golden She actually is affiliated with both Allen Infant Care Center and also DFW ABA Center, which is uh allegedly an autism behavioral therapy center. This location is the infant care center, allegedly, and the autism center is literally the building like right behind it. They have sponsored lifetime, 37 H1Bs. They have filled out 55 labor condition applications, according to USCIS. The thing that is so curious about this one when you go digging in the data and the LCAs is that you wouldn't think that a daycare center would need, you know, market research analysts or supply chain analysts. And yet, this company actually told the United States government that they needed foreign workers to fill those jobs. By the way, they are still sponsoring H1Bs in 2026. We've got a labor condition application for a market research analyst very recently. Before they officially rebranded, I did a little bit of preliminary investigation at this location, and I actually ended up running into someone who told me just how bad this one gets.

SPEAKER_13

Hi. I've been looking for more information about the day hair. It's not open anymore? Okay, what is it now? It's not nothing so nothing. It's the like red.

unknown

Okay.

SPEAKER_13

Also, I'm just I'm just curious because I know that this location is associated with multiple H1D visas.

SPEAKER_26

Because this information has to really be involved. Okay. They know all about this picture. Yeah. This video and maybe from use assassinated. You see how over three years many fearful times um investigation has another scene actually. And then good on my rational. He starts so even when we were trying to read this chilling state for a class. And I was done with it. I had no idea where science and she's like, it's just not fun. They say that they go for a different launch. And it's not speaking of this and we get things over here from the shot at the top of the closest part. Uh in top of the LHT. Now, none of us are powerful. Uh these are people who get payment to the grant for leaving such and some of them are payments. So that's the labor and the matter. So these are families of humans. So that's a thing. Uh, this would be for cheap, all the day systems will be someone who'll genuinely sponsor. This is just a full hole. As soon as they get here, if they can't find a job, they are studying these well education because they've got to be such a million. So these young it is mostly girls. Uh push me. Yeah, so it's mostly young girls, and uh once we get here. Yeah. The only reason I know that it's does that for sure for sure. Is because I have a um actually come out to me here. And I've mentioned it. And he's well, I think it came between those. I do not want to be able to hold it to you.

unknown

Exactly.

SPEAKER_26

Um, so Mr. Yao, you are in it.

SPEAKER_13

Uh-huh. And I have to ask about his uh metallic rose gold being dumb like oh, you make this much money running daycare like that.

SPEAKER_19

In the government in China.

SPEAKER_24

Uh-huh.

SPEAKER_19

They're running a daycare and an autism center. They're having people from China pay$20,000 to come up. They're not paying them enough there to pay any bills. They're putting on their H1B visa applications, their market research specialists, etc. etc. But then he's got them by the quote short and curlies. He's trafficking them. He's trafficking them. What a confluence of scamps. All being run out of China. That's a perfect funnel.

SPEAKER_26

See that when you make it rich again in America, then you go and get a job.

SPEAKER_19

In America, you get rich and then you go get a job in government. But in China, you go in government and get ri and that's how you get rich. Then you go into the private sector in America.

SPEAKER_24

Well, hold on. Where did Nancy Pelosi get all her money? Sorry. Maybe we are maybe we are communists.

SPEAKER_19

Actually, that's a good point. That's kind of the shift, isn't it?

SPEAKER_24

Yeah.

SPEAKER_19

Now now you've got, and I hate to say it, the Marjorie Taylor Greens and others, they go do that. And I'm gonna show you a pretty devastating clip after this one to say that this is not just one party doing it.

SPEAKER_26

Did he act for it? Did he buy my weapon for the touches? Did he fix the camera? I had a single deck.

SPEAKER_11

We figured, let's come here, let the owner speak for himself, and see what we can find out.

SPEAKER_19

Hi, yes. Um, so I just have so that was a front desk worker that sits there and mans the desk with no kids there, going all right, this doesn't make any sense. You got workers here getting paid nothing, no kids, no autistic kids, but money's flowing through this door, and he's figured out this visa scam. And there was an investigator that dropped by.

SPEAKER_11

Who are you? My name is Sarah Gonzalez, and I just had some questions um about all of the visas that you're sponsoring.

SPEAKER_08

I need uh uh I can't uh like like the the video camera apples understand. Uh huh. So maybe we can go to my office. I use the dictionary to translate it.

SPEAKER_11

To translate, okay.

SPEAKER_08

Sure. So what company you from?

SPEAKER_11

Blaze Media.

SPEAKER_08

Blaze Media for what?

SPEAKER_11

For well, that's the company.

SPEAKER_08

Yeah, what company for for with my company?

SPEAKER_11

So uh Golden She Holdings. I had some questions about all of the visas that you were sponsoring.

SPEAKER_08

So you are company, it's not government, not place, not anything. Why I answered you?

SPEAKER_11

Well, because of this form right here, this is the U.S. Department of Labor form fact sheet 62F.

SPEAKER_08

I can give you my lawyer's phone number. No, so can you can call my lawyer?

SPEAKER_11

So you must, as an H1B employer, make the following materials available to the public within one working day. You do. It's it's you have to make it available to the public according to the Department of Labor.

SPEAKER_08

Well, do you want to get him on the phone? Yes, I can on the phone. Yeah, that'd be great if you could ask him. Okay, I mean ask first. So you see what I'm waiting for here, okay?

SPEAKER_11

Yeah, we can sit, we can sit here and wait. No problem. Your ordinary call and your lawyer will and I mean I I'm happy to do that. Okay, you can give it to me. Well, right, but um what I'm saying is just so you're aware, the Department of Labor requires you to provide this to the public, you not your attorney.

SPEAKER_08

Okay, where is your say? I for not, I just only say give your name card, my lawyer will be contact to you. Only for this, my lawyer will be contacted.

SPEAKER_11

That's great. So, why do you have 37 H1Bs for daycare that's totally shut down and another one that doesn't look like it's at all active?

SPEAKER_08

Is it this is before this this thing here, just the closed and will be new open.

SPEAKER_11

But you have new H1Bs listed.

SPEAKER_26

Is it true that you're H1Bs listed car?

SPEAKER_19

Is it true that that car makes me jealous? I do like the pink.

SPEAKER_24

I like that color, yeah. I mean, I've never seen that before, but that is pretty sweet.

SPEAKER_19

Ron, we wear sweatpants here into the I'm feeling like we're totally in the wrong industry. Like, we should completely be doing autism care, daycare, H1B visa imports, definitely getting PPE loans. Like, we're missing the mark, man. Big time. That's a wrap. The show's over, folks. This is now gonna be a daycare.

SPEAKER_11

Is it true that you're charging$20,000 for visas?

SPEAKER_08

Yes, I can call the call my call. Yes, some some somebody, I can answer me. Somebody is leave, leave the nother country because there is a and uh leave another company because of the DKR for now. For now, we need uh change the name, new, continue, everything.

SPEAKER_11

But where are they working now?

SPEAKER_08

Is uh is uh but somebody is working now.

SPEAKER_11

Well, where are they working on? Okay, is your dad a member of the CCP? Is your dad a member of the CCP? I only can show that everything is illegal, it's shoes. Are you is it legal to charge$20,000 for people to come in here and pay to play? Is that legal? We're gonna get you. Isn't it interesting that he's got this amazing nice car? It's so crazy. How is he earning his money when he has a crap hole like this and a crap hole like that? So crazy.

SPEAKER_08

I will call the police.

SPEAKER_11

Okay, well, you know what? Call the police. I'll call the police on you for scamming my system.

SPEAKER_27

Okay.

SPEAKER_11

Here are a few other tidbits about this company. Uh, they had PPP loans in both the first and second round of the loans, given and foregiven, upwards of a hundred thousand dollars. They had a 2022 bankruptcy filing. On top of that, a lot of their employees are listed elsewhere, including Los Angeles, California.

SPEAKER_19

I'm not sure what someone living in Los Angeles, California, and New Jersey, a software developer, a web developer, and a financial analysis for an autism center and a daycare. And you're not a school. You're not a school, you're a care center. Right.

SPEAKER_11

Well, it's the next day, and uh, we're still waiting for Juan's public access files. This certainly seems suspicious, and you better believe that we will be sending all of this to our contacts over at USCIS and the Department of Labor, because we have a lot of questions now. Why is a daycare that is not actually operating still sponsoring H1B visas, bringing people over? Why does this person have an autism behavioral center that appears to not even be operational as well? And how are they able to continue bringing these people over when it seems like there's no work to even be done? That is what we are hoping USCIS and the Department of Labor actually finds out. So that's Texas.

Take Power Back And Bitcoin CTA

SPEAKER_19

Oh my Texas, they're conservative, they're on top of it. I got news for you. This is happening everywhere. Ron, right now, we need to go apply to run for PCOs. We actually have to go register because the election is coming up on May 4th. Yep. And everybody who's listening to this, you've got to get involved. You've got to get involved because this is not just happening with the avowed communists on the left. Stuff like this is happening on the right. You know that what they said there in China, you go work for government and then you get rich. Here's one of the ways that happens. This is someone who I tend to like, although he did slander the J6ers and he did say it's time to move on from Donald Trump. You know, some common themes from people who want to game the system. This is uh Representative Byron Donald's in Florida, who's running for governor, and I think might even have Donald Trump's endorsement. And he's at a private event in someone's home. Okay. He's at a private event in someone's home, and he's being, you know, talked about here by I'm assuming the homeowner, the host, and he has a company. He has a private company. And this host is telling the people who are attending this event something kind of interesting.

SPEAKER_05

Everybody here in the room, I hope you're investors in a company, okay? Because if you are your investors, you're a shareholders. If you're shareholders, you get to spend some time with the CEO and you get to help steer the direction that this great state is going. Y'all, my friends fired up.

SPEAKER_19

When they talk about pay for play, what kind of companies does Byron Donalds have?

SPEAKER_28

I don't know.

SPEAKER_19

What kind of company does Byron Donald ha Donalds have that his campaign contributors instead of donating to his campaign, would buy stock and become shareholders in his company and get access to the CEO of the company, specifically for the purpose of steering this great state.

SPEAKER_30

This episode should have been chilling.

SPEAKER_19

Obviously, we cle cheer the success of James Comey getting indicted under Donald Trump's direction through Todd Blanche. We cheer Anthony Fauci's right-hand man there getting indicted. But we've got big problems. We're deep into this thing. We lost our country almost a hundred years ago during the Great Depression with the New Deal. And this was the deal. This is the end stages of it. This is the end stages of it of it. Either we take our country back or we will experience what China has experienced. 20-year loss in home equities. You're going to see mass death and deprivation. You're going to see violation of all of your fundamental rights left and right. It's already happening. But it's going to happen at a scale that you and I can't really comprehend as Americans. Something that is unbelievable to us after taking high school civics classes.

SPEAKER_24

We weren't programmed that way.

SPEAKER_19

Thinking that our government wouldn't do what it's doing. This show, I understand, five years ago we started it and we were seeing the percolation to the surface of these things. The COVID scam, the election scam. And then I got involved with the J6 scam. Don't go to any protests, guys. Go to your local Republican meeting. They're a lot closer to where we actually stand as peasants and we can identify with the run rank and file Republican members. We we have the same values. But the problem is, is we're completely misunderstanding the battlefield we're playing on. There is no, hey, I'm a moderate and I can I can break bread with the Democrats. I can pull a few Democrat votes. That's not who you want. That's what Byron Donald says because he's playing the same game. Now Donald Trump is not perfect in his endorsements. Okay. These are the kind of things that you know we don't see. And probably it's so common, it's probably so common that nobody would even do anything about it except for we the peasants. The power is in your neighborhood. The ballots arrive in the mailbox in Washington State. Otherwise, you gotta go vote in most states. Right? That's where the power lies. But unless you invest in their company, you don't have a say. But the one place you do have a say is if you actually go get involved in your local party, we have to take the power back. We have to bring attention to this stuff. We have to put their shame in their faces. When you see a childcare center or an autism center or any type of these little small businesses that get government grant money or government funds and the parking lot's empty, grab your camera, go poke around, go post it, send a tip, right? Make it so overwhelming that the government can't ignore this because there's good people working in government too. Right? But they don't know. They don't know that's happening.

SPEAKER_24

Well, and these programs are typically designed to help people, and you know, these are just scams that are taking advantage of that.

SPEAKER_19

Total scams. The confluence of that one from China, not only do you have the Chinese Communist Party involved, and you know, dad's in the government, you've got the H1B V system. Scam. This goes to just talk about the depravity of our immigration system and how it works. It's completely scammed. It's got the the scams with autism care and daycare. Total scam. Right. Guys, we're playing on the wrong battlefield. If you think we're just on the margins, we're not. We're deep into this thing. The next step is loss of private property and equity in it and a and a transfer to those who have right and then loss of life. And we've already seen them take a couple cracks at this. So wake up, get involved. This is deadly serious. Jay Collins for Governor of Florida, Colonel Limpah says he is the lieutenant governor of Florida when is chosen by DeSantis. Yeah. Yeah. Good. She's down in Florida. Okay, guys, that's it for the show today. I hate to be like ending it on a dour note, but and I and I promised myself today I wasn't going to talk about Bitcoin. I promised myself I wasn't going to talk about Bitcoin. So I just gave you a, I believe, a show that no one else is going to give you. We got some of the hot topics of the day, the indictments, but we're tying it into this bigger picture. We are not helpless in this environment. We are not without power. You can make choices that make a huge impact, especially over time. You know what the most powerful force in the world is economically? Compound interest. And how do you get compound interest? Exit the financial system. Stop being on the teat of the very thing that's killing us. Get involved with Bitcoin. Private custody of your private keys for your private money. Get involved politically. Don't let them pull the wool over your eyes. Be in the room when the selections are happening for who's going to be on the ballot. Let your voice be heard. Make it so that the politicians know that they'll lose their support base if they if they oppose the American agenda and the peasants. Right. Get involved. Protect your assets. Put them in a place so that the government can't force every generation to start over using things like trust. You know, deal with your tax situation. Come check out what we do over at 1776live.us. It's a private community with a private remedy for our public problems. But make yourself a powerful actor in this. And it doesn't take a lot. Just last week I've done a handful of consults with people who really, you know, are one person said to me, I'm trying to end the cycle of poverty that my family's had. We took a look at what she had. If you look at the traditional financial outlook, she doesn't have enough to retire. She doesn't have enough that's not gonna, you know, that's gonna be able to pass on. But when you look at some of the things that you can do, especially with Bitcoin, right? She has generational wealth. She just doesn't know it. And a lot of you are sitting in that same position. You have generational wealth, you just don't know it. When your how home equity is fake, when the stock market's fake, when your savings and your cash savings is melting away, right? It doesn't look like you have enough. But if you convert it, you do things right, you do. And that gives you options. If you use your time wisely, instead of doom scrolling, instead of you know getting sucked into bread and circus, go get involved politically. You can make a big difference. The compound interest of what we do today and tomorrow and the next day over time makes a massive, massive deal. We've 10x'd our community. Right? Every day we have about 10 times the amount of viewers from the first month we started when I got back from prison. That's 10x. What's it gonna be in a year? 10x that. What's gonna be a year from there? 10x that. And we're not bought off. Right? We're not bought off. Crossing my fingers here. So get involved, share the show. Obviously, we've got our tip promotion going on right now with Rumble Wallet. Yeah. So from now until May 9th, we're we're getting down to the wire here. You got like a little bit over a week, but any tips that come into the show, we will take the total of all those tips and we will rebate 10% of that to whoever the top tipper is. So far Pony Boy's looking pretty good. Yeah, Pony Boy's looking pretty good. In the show notes, you can see a link to River, and that will allow you to purchase Bitcoin. It takes you about five minutes to set up the account. It's super easy. You can do it on your cell phone. Set up a river account that allows you to buy Bitcoin, and then you can pretty easily figure out how to transfer it. You can always, you know, ask AI or Google how to do it step by step. So there's that. There's also Mark37 forward slash RAF, forward slash live 1776, which is our referral code. You just put that in, it takes you in there. And then if there is a spot to put a referral code at checkout, you can put live 1776, and that gives we have we're a little affiliate link, but those are the ghost phones, the Linux-based operating systems. On the phones, it's graphene, on the computers, it's Zorin, and they also have tablets too. So get off the algorithm, right? Stop being the product and the thing that's tracked and where they can manipulate your behavior. So take, take, take a look at that, and then obviously have the other show links in there. Please join us at 1776 Live. We'll be doing our Ignite presentation tomorrow, 4:30 p.m. You have to go register at 1776 live.us to get a link to join us there. With that, we will talk to you again tomorrow. Bye-bye.

SPEAKER_33

I'm thirty-seven. I'm thirty-seven old. Well, I can't just call you man. You could say Dennis. I didn't know you were called Dennis. Well you didn't bother to find out, did you? I did say something about the old woman, but from behind, you look what you would automatically treat me like an inferior. Well, I am king. Oh king inferior. How'd you get that, eh? By exploiting the workers, by hanging on to outdated imperialist dogma which perpetuates the economic and social differences in our society. If there's ever going to be any progress. How'd you do? How do you do, good lady? I'm Arthur, King of the Britons. Whose castle is that? King. The Britons. Who are the Britons? We all are. We are all Britons. And I am your king. No, we have a king. You're fooling yourself. We're living in a dictatorship. A self-perpetuating autocracy in which the working classes are. That's what it's all about. Only people will listen to it. These good people. I am in haste. Who lives in that castle? No one lives there. Then who is your lord? We don't have a lord. What? I told you. We're in a narco-syndicalist commune. We take it in turns to act as a sort of executive officer for the week. Yes. But all the decisions of that officer have to be ratified at a special bi-weekly meeting. Yes, I see. By a civil majority in the case of purely internal affairs. Be quacked, but by a two-thirds majority in the case of quack. I order you to be quacked. I'm your king. You don't vote for king? The lady of the lake. Her arm clad in the purest shimmering samite, held aloft Excalibur from the bosom of the water. Signifying by divine providence that I, Arthur, was to carry Excalibur. That is why I'm your king. Listen, strange women lying in ponds, distributing swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony. You can't expect to wield supreme executive power just because some watery tart through a saw that is. I mean, if I went around saying I was an emperor, just because some moistened bitch loves a symmetry at me, put me away. Shut up, shut up. Now we see the buttons in the system. I've been repressed, bloody peasants! Oh, what a giveaway. You know that, you know that's what I'm on about. Do you see repressing me? You saw it in you.
