this quote and I wanted to read it. It's really good. It's from Hannah Arnt, and it says, The constant lie is not aimed at making people believe a lie, but that ensuring that no one believes anything more. Anything anymore. A people that can no longer distinguish between truth and lies cannot distinguish between right and wrong. And such a people, deprived of power to think and judge, is without knowing and willing it, completely subjected to the rule of lies, with which people you can do whatever you want. With such people, you can do whatever you want. She also said the ideal subject of totalitarian rule is not the convinced Nazi or the convinced communist, but the people for whom the distinction between fact and fiction, i.e., the reality of experience, and the distinction between true and false, i.e., the standards of thought, no longer exist. And I think that's that's just it, right? I say this off all the time. We are only as good as the information we have, right? I have a core belief that all people are rational in their own minds. There's a rare person out there that has a true mental illness, but they really are rare. Most people have a ration, they have a logic train in their mind. Whether or not it's informed by falsities can determine what you see as an outcome. But some people have no good information, right? We get fed so many lies and misrepresentations that we don't know what's right or wrong. We don't know what's good or bad. If we do this, is that, you know, hey, we need uh illegal immigration to fix XYZ problem. Well, if you don't have all the information, you don't know all the other downstream problems that would come with that, right? There's so many things that happen that just create a body of lies. I think that that we have something like that going on up in Canada, right? We have something like that going on up in Canada. I uh I'm not Canadian, I haven't spent any significant time in Canada, but it's pretty obvious they have about 30 million people, and we've got 350 million plus maybe 100 million illegals, or you know, give or take the 100 million, but we're 10x the size of Canada. Our economy is significantly stronger, and they have benefited being treated really like a state.

Canada Trade Fight And Alberta’s Leverage

Now, as you know, Alberta is working on a succession plan. They're trying to become a sovereign nation, right? Smack in the middle of Canada, because they do most of their trading with America and they don't need the rest of Canada, right? So this is Canada's premier, Dan Danielle Smith. After trade talks were cut off and all these threats of tariffs, she got out and gave a very clear explanation of what is going to happen if Canada doesn't pull their head out of their butts.

Although I understand the need to respond strongly to these tariffs, I cannot think of a more disastrous policy decision than cutting off or taxing Alberta's oil to the United States. Doing so would absolutely devastate the Canadian economy. It would not only extinguish the livelihoods of hundreds of thousands of Albertans, it would economically hobble our friends and neighbors in other provinces to the east. Let me explain why. And it's important that this be understood by every Canadian. If Canada were to put, let's say, a 50% export tariff on the 4 million barrels of oil that we export daily to the United States, the United States would immediately respond with a 50 to 100% export tariff on oil and natural gas that they export to Ontario, along with millions of barrels of diesel fuel and gasoline that Ontario and Quebec import from the Midwest. This would bring the economies of Ontario and Quebec to a grinding halt. Meanwhile, all those refineries in the United States that currently use Alberta's heavy oil would start looking to Venezuela for replacement heavy oil and reverse the pipelines northward to get it to Midwest refineries.

This is incredibly important to understand. The United States announced today that they are on the verge of a deal that will double, double the American oil supply by partnering with Venezuela, either A, making them a 51st state, or some kind of business deals that that takes their oil fields and puts them under U.S. control. Now, you know, people can say what you want about the empire and blah, blah, blah, but this is a big deal. Double the American oil reserves, which are already the largest in the world. Right? This sets us apart from everyone else, like by miles. So Canada cutting off supply, which is already running to these refineries that are set up to take Canadian heavy crude, would just simply start taking it from Venezuela and we would never go back to Canada, right? Like what she's saying here is pretty dramatic and wouldn't take that long to take effect.

As a result, we would lose the United States as a customer entirely and likely forever. This would result in the loss of about half a million jobs at a minimum, mostly in Alberta, but also hundreds of thousands of jobs in Ontario and Quebec. And if we if we cut off our oil entirely, what then? The same results, but even worse. The United States would, of course, respond and cut off all gasoline and diesel from their refineries to Ontario and Quebec, right as we turn into fall and winter. And unlike Canada, the United States has strategic oil reserves that Canada does not. So although their gasoline prices will increase, they will be able to keep them at relatively manageable prices, just as they have done through the Iran war. And without strategic oil reserves, Canada has no way to supply Ontario and Quebec with the oil, natural gas, and fuels that they would need in a timely fashion. The Toronto Stock Exchange would nosedive along with millions of Canadians' investments, particularly our seniors, and small and medium and large energy companies across Canada would shudder and lay off their employees, unable to find a market for their product. There is a better way forward.

Now, obviously, Alberta is at odds with the rest of Canada because they've been the major producer of natural resources and they've been taken advantage of by the other provinces. So they're in the middle of basically voting out their way out of Canada. So it's no surprise that the premier explains this. But notice how there's no rhetoric or hyperbole. She's explaining a chain of events which are absolutely plausible. If the Canadians try to go hard with this, you know, we've been attacked, we're at war with the United States over trade. This is a no-win game. Canada is not set up to weather this, they are not set up to manufacture their own goods. Sure, they've got great natural resources, but they don't make anything particularly. Sure, they've got oil, but they ship it into the United States to be refined and buy it back. And now the United States has other sources of oil. They don't have reserves. Why? Because they've counted on the United States using their reserves and shipping it north of the border.

And I'd be happy within the provinces to lead the lead that approach. We we have other provinces that send electricity down to the U.S. We all have to be on the same page.

He's threatening to cut off electricity to the U.S. This is kind of a zero-sum game here, isn't it? And I don't know that Canada is prepared to play. What it sounds like to me is right here towards the mid-range of the negotiations back and forth, Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney hired one of Hillary Clinton's campaign advisors to come advise him. So uh I think it was Snowden said the DNC, it Mark Carney's taking marching orders from the DNC. And Promethean Action explained that it's bigger than that. Mark Carney's taking orders from the British who are working with the DNC to make sure Donald Trump gets a crappitz, crappy second half of his second term and or gets impeached, right? Why? Because one of the big showdowns over money is between the British imperial system and the American system. The American system is a free trade meritocracy, and the British imperial system is a colonial system where you strip resources, that kind of thing. It's they're different systems. One's a fiat system, one's a sound-based money system. The fiat, British system, prevailed after the Civil War, after the creation of the Federal Reserve, the IRS, after the Great Depression, and after World War II, and then the United States took up the mantle at Bretton Woods, and we just ran with their system because our system was bankrupted because we adopted their policies, central banking. Okay. That's really what happened there. So Donald Trump is slowly but surely kind of grinding away at this, trying to replace this fiat system with a, I don't know, let's call it a hybrid crypto American meritocracy system. It's it's a different system, but we're trying to move our way that direction. And as I'm going to show you today, it's inevitable. It has to happen. It will happen. You either get on board or you get left behind. Here's Howard Lutnick talking about how the trade deal broke down with Canada. Again, for some of us here in America, this might not affect us deeply, but this is a major geopolitical world event that's that the outcome of this is going to determine how all future negotiations come go.

This guy doesn't have the experience that says there's a you know a connection to the real world. One of the things I do appreciate about Scott Bessant, and he's another one of these ethereal people, but he actually is a soybean farmer. He owns soybean farms. So he understands a the price of a bushel of something. He understands the farmer's labor that goes in to make those beans grow, right? It might just be a line item on his balance sheet, but he understands there's a whole assembly process to get those products to market. So in Portland, Oregon, a man who was a recipient of a deferred action for childhood arrivals, DACA, immigration status, was sentenced to federal prison today for trafficking firearms, announced E. Scott Bradford, U.S. attorney for the District of Oregon. Vincent Cortez Quirros, 37, was sentenced to 18 months in federal prison and three years supervised released. According to dark court documents, investigators learned that Quirez acquired over 120 firearms in Oregon since 2014 from a lot from licensed firearm dealers. He lied by stating he was a U.S. citizen on the meaning of the firearm purchase forms. Over 70 firearms and hundreds of rounds of ammunition were seized from his residence. Two vehicles used in the crime were also seized. Getting illegal firearms off the street is a top priority. Through our collaboration with our law enforcement partners, we removed more than 70 illegal guns, making our community safer. So he was buying them and trafficking them, presumably to other illegals. No good. Dude, he got 18 months in federal prison. I served 14 on that 87-month sentence for pushing a freaking bike rack. Now, there's another story that came out the other day. The Department of Education is moving to strip the American Bar Association's law school accreditation program amid DEI criticism. So, what is the Bar Association? It's a private association of attorneys, right? The American Barristers Association. And a lot of people think it's British Accredited Registry, and which it's not, by the way, that's a myth, but they think it's like tied to Britain, and it is. The American Bar Association is designed to uphold British imperial finance laws that are administered throughout the world under a maritime commercial law form. Okay. This isn't a conspiracy, this isn't a secret, this is what it is. And I had a judge tell me so, like to my face. Yeah, what about it? Okay. The Bar Association is to enforce the imperial monetary system, right? It enforces the contracts, the admiralty contracts. And so the fact that the bar association has its tentacles into every other form of law, domestic civil law, domestic criminal law, all these other things, it's kind of inappropriate. Really, the bar association should be the law of the high seas, right? If you're not doing international or interstate commerce, the bar association historically shouldn't have any connection. But what they've done is they formed a cartel of lawyers that go out and practice every law form and they all answer to the bar. Okay. They centralize the control. Centralization of control, centralization of ideology, centralization of religion, centralization of government, all bad. All bad. It never works out well. One man should never dictate the direction of another man's life. Right. It's just that simple. It's that simple. So the so the fact that the Department of Education is moving to remove the Bar Association's accreditation, this opens up every school to be a law school. Right. And it opens up access and it ends the gatekeeper of the American Bar Association that basically filters the attorneys and you know tells the law schools what to teach. Now, this this move is going to take some time. It's got to go through some review. I'm sure it's going to go through litigation, but ultimately it boils down to this. The council is confident, uh, the council is confident that they're going to win their case. And the Department of Education, where it said uh the Department of Education said this. The Department published a nearly 500-page report asserting that the ABA's accreditation wing isn't sufficiently independent of its profession. That's the thing. It's a loop back, right? The attorneys that exist determine what attorneys get taught that are coming into the profession, thus creating a closed loop of information and education. This is goes right along with the phrase, you're only as good as the information you have. I criticize attorneys every single day.

As far as that financial system, they literally are there to protect the emergency orders that took away gold and silver that circulated as currency for the payment of all debts, public and private. Think about this for just a second. The Constitution says that we should have gold and silver for the payment of all debts, public and private, that that is our national currency. And ounces and ounces and ounces. When you work in ounces, inflation is literally limited to the sweat labor that it takes to mine a new ounce. The attorneys, right? The people that are up supposed to uphold the law. How do they let anything happen? There's no constitutional amendment striking those words from the Constitution. It doesn't exist. It's not there. I'm not aware of it. Is it the 31st, 38th Amendment? It doesn't exist. But yet attorneys have us doing what? Using script and treating it like gold and silver. The attorneys are the ones that create the everybody believe you're lying. Don't believe you're lying, guys. This green paper is as good as gold. Trust us. Print brrr, printer goes burr in the background while they pay for social programs to make sure the peasants that are uninformed are all dependent upon who? The ones that are telling the small business owners and the people that can read the constitution, nah, this green paper is as good as money. Does that make sense? That's one of the many things they do. Accreditation entities must maintain independence in order to focus on education quality. The ABS also functions as a trade association for lawyers and judges. So not only do you accredit the schools, you operate as a trade association for the lawyers and judges. It's the union. It's the whole, it's the it's it's it's they control the beginning to the end of the whole process. In addition to its role as accreditor for law schools, we have said many times that accreditation in general operates like a cartel. David Barker, Assistant Secretary of Education, told the journal, where there's no competition, accreditors feel free to inject their own political preferences, their own ideologies into the work they do. The reason the law profession leans left hard, and the reason the biggest law firms in the country do pro boner work almost exclusively for the left, including pro boner work attacking conservatives, is because of this. It's a cartel. And whoever controlled the cartel controlled the whole crop of lawyers. Now the whole uh lawyer profession leans left because that's how they've been educated. You're only as good as the information you have. Conservative schools that for years have tried to maintain conservative values in their law, have lost accreditation, have been attacked, have been censured, right? It goes on to talk about how they were pushing DEI deep down into the law schools. They were embedding that into the core education of these law students who are going to remember that forever. They're going to act that way, right? What is right or wrong to an attorney? It's whatever you learned in your first year of law school. Because after that, they start teaching you how to lie. All right. Another interesting thing here, and just to show how corrupt the entire profession of law is and why you really can't trust even court records and things like that. Jerry Sandusky, accuser. Do you remember Jerry Sandusky? He was one of the coaches at Penn State along with Joe Peterno. So Jerry Sandusky accuser is to re is set to recant his testimony against this convicted child sex abuser. Who is the Penn State football coach? Why? Well, here, I'll tell you why. It says uh it's victim number 10 alleges that prosecutors coached him to hold on a second here. Yeah, coached him to steer his testimony, asking him to refame visits and revisit his allegations according to a sworn testimony obtained by the outlet. Victim Tid added that throughout the pretrial process, prosecutors told him that the trauma may have caused him to have a fragmented memory. Throughout the pretrial process, I was polled both directly and indirectly that trauma may have been fragmented my memory and that I could safely affirm details I did not fully recall. I was assured that this was common and even expected. Now, I'm not making any excuses for Sandusky. There were 11 victims that came forward, but one of these victims is saying, hey, the stuff was fabricated. In 2024, Sandusky did an interview from prison and he still maintained his complete and total innocence. And he said, quote, they manipulated those witnesses, they coached those witnesses, they got them to team up and testify against me. And victim number 10 is the first one to come out and say, something happened, but not what I testified to, because they were telling me to affirm things I couldn't recall because, oh, you've got trauma. So let us tell you what happened with no evidence other than this person's first hand account, which the prosecutors were coaching. This is a problem, guys. So this is the man who's telling him, Don't put your hands on me. He's there to help a woman report a sexual assault, walks up on the officer, they know each other. He says that. Now, you may not like that he said that. Your entire soul might scream, never walk up to someone like a cop and say something like, Yeah, you must respect authority. That's fine. You can have that opinion. Live your life that way. But when you sign up for the badge, you sign up to be impartial, you signed up to get flipped off randomly on the side of the road, you signed up to have drunk people barf on your shoes and in the back of your car. So what it says here is introduction the federal law prohibits illegal aliens from being eligible to receive post-secondary education benefits based on residents within a state if such benefits are denied to U.S. citizens residing in other states. There are no exceptions. Yet Washington has ignored this federal law for 20 years. Two decades. Washington grants illegal aliens, quote, resident student status for in-state tuition if they have a high school diploma or its equivalent, live in Washington for at least one year before entering the institution of higher education and provide an affidavit declaring their intent to become a lawful permanent resident when eligible and a willingness to obtain a U.S. citizenship. The problem is if you're already here illegal, you're not really supposed to be able to apply for those things. Okay. Washington also allows illegal aliens to apply for state-funded grants under the Real Hope Washington's Dream Act. Washington denies the same financial assistance to U.S. citizens from other states. The statute constitutes blatant unequal treatment, favoring illegal aliens over U.S. citizens. Such preferential treatment is squarely prohibited in federal law. What can you re name the channel again? WBTV Channel 3. Why would it be part of the news gathering process to put your home address on a TV channel? You know, I think that uh that's something that we saw in those cities with an absolute out of control uh so-called news media. They're not a news media. When they do things like they're not a news media, they're a propaganda arm. They're an enforcement arm at that point. An intimidation arm, you bet. But the only problem is I'm not I'm not intimidator, I wouldn't be here talking to you. Uh hey, they tried to take my legal representation away, or probably already have. It means a rancher can sell his beef more per pound because he can go market direct and avoid the what the processors are willing to charge. The way it works right now, if you're a small, small, small, not rancher, farmer, you've got 10 cattle, 20 cattle, you can go direct to plate. You can sell to community members, you're just offloading a small herd. But when you start talking about a hundred cattle, a thousand cattle, you ain't selling that to the local butcher shop. My first job, by the way, was in a small family-owned butcher shop. So I'm familiar with this industry. They get pitched and pressured, pretty much put out of business. When you have a large amount of cattle, you're not going to go to these small family shops that can only handle, you know, two or three or four or five cows a day, which, by the way, is a lot of meat. Okay. You have to have a huge setup. And so they've set the price. We're paying this much per pound. But then what they sell it for, they sell for whatever they want. That's where the profits made. But they can't, because of regulation, farmers can't do it because they can't be clean, they don't have the licenses, blah, blah, blah. So they always have to sell their cattle to the processors. Once you get to a certain scale, you know, plate direct is kitchen table direct is not going to work. So the fact that they can now form their own associations. If this works out, where you have cattle, you're going to see meat processors that all the ranchers in the area have ownership in. Everybody pitching 100 grand. Let's build this $10 million thing and we can process our own meat. And that community will have a meat processing plant to deal with the huge volume of cattle. You're going to see ranches down in Texas that are ginormous set up their own meat processing facilities to butcher them to meat and send it to market. This this could be huge.

And the court system upholds the emergency orders that violate the Constitution, like taking away gold and silver, and you know, on and on and on and down the rabbit hole we go. So when you're in a fiat system like this, there's only one way to deal with the debt. This is Luke Groman, who's one of these really deep investors that everybody loves to listen to. And he's talking about exactly what the Fed needs to do. They're in a situation where we know exactly what they have to do. There are no other options. And I don't know, depending on how you sit on this bet, you either win or lose, but it's pretty much set in stone at this point. Just like what Scott Besson said yesterday, the world is dedollarizing, but there might be a glut of demand for it instantly while people want to pay off their debt, but then there will be a lack of demand. So how do we adjust for that?

Fed hikes, they're gonna lose the long end. If the Fed cuts, they're gonna lose the long end. So the Fed's only choice is how do they want to lose the long end? And then what do they do to try to contain it? And how big a crisis will they need to justify what they need to do to contain the long end? So what they should do is I think basically cut rates to zero at the front end, and then have Besson do something at the long end, and basically the optimal move they need to make a choice at some point, and they may have it might already be too late. But back in 2021, if you go back to 2019, BlackRock did a white paper, said the next crisis, we're gonna have to basically go direct, fiscal, and the Fed's gonna cap yields, and we're gonna work debt to GDP down that way. And that was essentially like the playbook that they ran during COVID. And in early 2021, it looked like that was a case, and debt to GDP had gone from a peak of 130% for a moment in COVID, it was down to 120 and it was falling. And what we wrote in 2021 is in order to put the United States on better footing, Powell doesn't need to be brave and raise rates. Powell needs to be brave and inflate this debt to put us in a better position. And he didn't. But at the time I said you'd need to do, we ran through math as how they did it after World War II when that the GDP was 110%. But the punchline was that you would need 12 to 16% inflation for three to five years. And that's the only way out of this. And so that's why I say there needs to be a policy choice made. Do we want to still pretend that we are not in an acute fiscal and debt crisis in the early stages where we still have a chance of getting out of it, in which case it's gonna get bad and then we're not gonna get out of it? Or do these guys want to sacrifice their political careers to do the right thing for the country, which is inflate and get that the GDP back down to 70, 80 percent after a span of three to five years of probably now 15 to 18% inflation? And you know, they're basically gonna their political careers will all be done, but the United States balance sheet will be in the position or at least closer to where it was in Morning in America and Reagan. I keep hearing this. We're gonna do what Reagan did. Well, Reagan could do what Reagan did because they inflated the debt from 110% of GDP to 25% of GDP, and they got the deficit down to one.

And it led to the it led to the dot-com bubble in 99, 2000, right? So, you know, bubble, bubble be coming. But you've got to deflate the one we're in, which the bubble we're in right now is military spending and social welfare programs. That's what we've been spending on, war on terror and social welfare. You need to deflate that bubble in the foreign wars, limit the social welfare. What are we finding out? Obamacare, 50% of people aren't supposed to be on it. Medicaid fraud, this fraud, that fraud, this fraud, leering center fraud. Eliminate the social spending. Let's pop this bubble, both in the fact that we're sending money to people and printing money to do it, right? So pop that bubble, and then how you pop it? We found out that we had uh that intelligence group that was Chinese oriented, that was helping Hamas, the Islamic Republic, the Guard, Antifa in Portland, right? All of them using the same system. They also, X just rooted out a Chinese bot farm that was operating on X. They were operating 200,000 accounts that were all directly aimed at influencing American politics, with hundreds of them running as an influence operation against construction of data centers in the US. Data centers have been one of those hot topics that a lot of conservatives are now touting a bunch of climate change and natural resource, you know, depletion conspiracies that they didn't believe in eight minutes ago. They're being influenced by these bot farms. Why? Because China wants to win the AI race. China wants to win the data center race. So anything they can get to do, you, rural county in Georgia to oppose it or rural county in Missouri to oppose it, they're gonna do it. The arguments, some of them are kind of valid, like you're taking up farmland. Okay, that's valid. But the water arguments, the uh, you know, it makes the atmosphere hotter, not really, like not with the closed loop systems. A lot of the damage that data centers can do are old style data centers that use evaporative cooling and things like that. All the new data centers, they're not getting permitted unless they have closed loop cooling. They don't use the amount of water that China's telling you they're gonna use. It's one issue up the atmosphere as much as China says they do.

Kristen Cenema was on Fox News, she's retired now, dealing with a lawsuit because apparently she cheated with her security guard, and her security guard's wife in North Carolina is suing her because I guess in North Carolina they have some law where to come in and break up a marriage. The home wreckers has some criminal liability. So she's been to court twice to testify about her affair with her security guard. Okay. So, nonetheless, she was on Fox News yesterday talking about data centers, and she had something that is true. I mean, this is kind of what we're dealing with here.

We're not quite at 1776, but it's coming. And if AI runs, see, remember the whole 1776, Franklin exposed it, it was because we had colonial script, which was gold packed, and England had imperial script, which was not. When your average Joe, who's got a good work ethic and works hard, can't get ahead, and the guy who sits back and profits off usury or other things, is it's gonna be a target. And so any way that you can degrade the people who have is going to be used. And eventually there's going to be a focused target on who would you have to go for? Is it the billionaires? Is it the white people? Is it the immigrants? Someone has to be to blame. This is uh uh Representative Presley. She is a representative in the United States Senate, or not in the United States House.

He goes down the list of things. He's like, what is not on your platform that he believes in? This is the problem. You don't like the guy because he's so extreme, because he says what you guys believe, and you guys have been on hushed terms about it. But he's just saying it out in the open. And that you don't like that. These boomer socialists that haven't been able to campaign on their true policy outlooks are offended by the fact that Hassan Piker is giving away the farm. They say she then rented that house out to a family member instead of actually living in it. And then she came up with other reasons. So we had one day where we thought, hey, the United States Postal Service is going to be able to do its thing. Nope, she came back and said uh she blocked President Trump's key mail and ballot rules again, despite the Supreme Court ruling. So at this point, this is bar association crap. They're just buying time. The election's in three months. They're just buying time. Right? So the Supreme Court's gonna overturn this eventually, but are they gonna do it in time? And she's she's threatening the government with contempt if the United States Postal Service is not told essentially to stand down. She found out a loophole days later and now blocked you the United States Postal Service's security rules. It's unfreaking rule. Time to rush to the Supreme Court and get this overturned. So again, you know, it's the stormtroopers protecting the castle. Jason Rance, here or a local Seattle radio host, who's oftentimes on CNN, he was talking about our governor, our attorney, you know, our attorney general went on national TV, he's from the state of Washington, to promise he would sue ICE over polling place intimidation.

Obviously, you have guys that are like, I'm innocent, I'm innocent, I'm innocent. And I generally I genuinely believe when you're in prison and you've been there for a while and you're telling other inmates I'm innocent, and you have paperwork that you have to show them that says you're guilty, I think they believe it. Right now, I'm not saying they're all good guys, I'm not saying they've all not done bad things, but whatever they were, you know, in prison for that thing, they believe they were truly innocent. And there's a certain rollover point where it's, you know, once all of your appeals are over, you just admit you did the thing and then you get some clout in prison. So the guys that are constantly saying, I'm innocent, I'm innocent, I'm innocent, there's pressure inside to not say that. Right. So if they're still saying it, I tend to go, you know, you're standing up to literally a shiv at any moment by doing that and not becoming, you know, one of the outlaws, so to speak. So yeah, I think a lot of those people always felt targeted. Like, why'd they come after me? That kind of thing. Why am I the fall guy? I did meet a handful of people that were involved in shady things that took the fall for other people and didn't mean to take the fall, they were assigned the fall, kind of like this Jerry Sandusky thing, like people got up on the stand and adject, you know, objectively lied. And the prosecution's like, jury, take their word over his, you know. Look, he's the defendant. So I did see some of that. Um, but I think for the most part, uh, people in prison did close to what they were accused of doing. How they got convicted, how many of their rights were violated?
