Fiat Money, Loans, And Inflation

right. Donald Trump was in the White House yesterday making some announcements, and he got asked about inflation and interest rates. You guys, this is kind of just here's your sign. The only way out of the debt crisis is to grow your way out of it by growing the supply of money.

Go back 25 years ago. If we announced good numbers, interest rates went down. Now, if you announce good numbers, interest rates go up. Because they're so afraid of inflation. But what they're doing is they're really saying you can never do you can never really step in the gas. We can have a GDP of 14, 15, 16, and 20. But every time you do well, we just announced great numbers, and so now they're talking about raising interest rates. It's ridiculous. Because success and growth does not cause inflation. Inflation is caused for other reasons. And I'm not a fan of inflation. Inflation is caused for other reasons. When we do well, they shouldn't have to raise interest rates. They should in many cases, because you know why? We become a better credit. When we're doing well, we become a better credit. When you become a better credit, you're supposed to cut rates, not raise rates.

The entire thing around raising interest rates, the protocol has been this. When the economy grows, when the GDP swells, right, then there's an assumption there's inflation. And that's the truth. Okay. Here's the thing inflation is not just caused by government spending. This is where Milton Milton and some of the other monetarists get in trouble. Yes, they're not Keynesian, they're monetarists, they're not Austrians. The problem with monetarists is this, and I believe this fully. They do not calculate in that everything is fiat, right? When you get Milton, inflation is caused by government spendage, and I would add, and credit card applications and mortgage applications and auto loans. When you get a loan from a bank and you put down your social security number, that money did not exist in circulation whatsoever until you got that loan. Right? So you cause inflation. When you get a mortgage, not only do you spootstrap yourself to the interest payment, you now have whatever the purchase price is, whatever you got. Sure, the car dealer gets paid, then he pays someone, and that's more dollars chasing the same gallon of milk. That causes inflation. The monetarists want to pin it all on government spending. But when you're in a fiat system, nothing is ever being lent. It's being created and dumped into circulation. Now, when you're the primary reserve currency, you might not even factor that in, right? And the idea is well, that private investment can lead to increased GDP. Yeah, there's a cross current here. So the Fed just looks at all GDP as inflation because it is. If the GDP is based on investment and the investment was created when the loan application was made, it's all inflation. If you're an Austrian, then you would say, let's go sound money. The monetarists are like blaming government spending. That's a drop in the bucket on the 300 or 400 trillion dollars in circulation. Where did those dollars come from? They came from you getting home mortgages, and that money's still out in the wild floating around, which is why the taxes go to pay the government's mortgage. You pay your own mortgage, but we all suffer from the increased gallons of milk, cost of gallons of milk, and a pound of hamburger, right? It all factors in. Look, France, right here, just hit the 10 a 10-year bond high, highest level since the uh financial crisis. So the whole world dumped interest rates to basically demonetize the debt. Unfortunately, a lot of countries went to spending that easy money, right? Instead of letting see, even in a fiat system, if the government doesn't spend, then taxes remain low. Everything that people keep just kind of gets reinvested. At a certain point, if you stopped printing money, stopped making new money, money, and required every bank to issue mortgages based on what they had in savings or their own coffers. Oh man, it'd grind too. When it's not your money, when a loan officer is just generating money for free, there's no risk. The upside is I earned interest, downside is I take some of the interest I earn and I foreclose on your property, and now I own the asset.

Look at this Japan, right? They they have historically had the low some of the lowest interest rates. So pop up on the screen this chart. If you go back to 1996, they were up really high, then they dropped down, get to 2016, they were just below. They were being below zero. They were paying people, they were actually not paying people. It was negative interest rates, it makes no sense. So basically, I lose money, yeah, but you can get a bunch of it right now that you can leverage against other other uh currencies. But look at they're they're back up up to their 1996 levels. I mean, this is pretty steep from 2020, basically, a little before 2020, 2019. They've just been straight up, they're at over at 3%, which is very high considering 10 years ago it was negative 0.25%. That's pretty rough. Pretty rough. Here's the effect of this. And this is again one of those things. As peasants, we want to be aware of this. This is stocks versus wages as compared to the SP 500. So you go back to 1964, we had sound money, right? We had pretty good fiscal policy. In fact, at a certain point, asset values went down. Wages have just kind of stayed on this steady trend line. When you go get a if you're working at a job for a long period of time, you don't get 15% a year raises unless you change positions. But you do get those little nominal one and two percent raises, right? Because they're what? Oh, you just got to keep up with inflation.

Yeah, the reported number of inflation. It does just feel like they were always trying to keep up with the cost of living, you know, these cost of living adjustments, they never really kept up with inflation, in my opinion. You know, when I was a kid making three bucks an hour, it's like I got a 25 cent raise, and it's like great, and then found out, oh, they raised the minimum wage.

I I want to show you something here. This is this is this is what boomers will never understand because they benefited from it, and you never want to see yourself as the problem, right? They'll never understand this. Like, no matter how hard you could try to convince them, I shouldn't say every boomer, but you know, generally, when you're the one who benefited, the cognitive dissonance, realizing you screwed your grandkids and your kids is hard to swallow, right? Look at this chart here. When boomers came into serious governance, when they took over the government, this is the era of Bill Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Joe Biden, you know, Mitch McConnell, all these people, these boomers, right? Their whole generation has worked hard, right? And then they benefited from the cheap assets, and then we overspent. And so by the time they come into power in the early 90s, and now we're done dealing with the Soviet Union and all that kind of stuff. Look at what they did here. So at the chart, right here, this moment right here is NAFTA, right? So prior to that, if you built a factory, you had to hire workers. Most of your materials came inside the United States with hired workers. So even if we were all going up, we were all going up together. Business owners, asset owners, and laborers all kind of benefited the same until NAFTA. Because then suddenly the business owner who owns the asset could outsource labor and even materials, which was labor somewhere else to produce those materials, they could outsource them. And look what happened to asset values. Uh straight up, right? They've had a 10,084% rise since the mid-1990s, and wages have gone up a thousand one hundred and ninety-six percent. Seems like a lot. Seems like a lot, except it's one-tenth of what your asset prices are going to be. So now you get to 2026 and you're a college graduate or a high school graduate looking for a job. How are you going to afford to buy these assets? In 1994, it was right there, right? Like make a little savings, buy some equities. Well, now you're priced out of the market. Totally priced out of the market. So how do you draw this back down? How do you, you know, anybody who owns assets, if these come back down, oh my gosh, the pain. However, the younger generations are like, tax the rich because who's the rich? Not the wage earners, not in comparison. Anyways, that when Donald Trump says, you know, interest rates are gonna, you know, we want them to be low. I do too. I like at this point, it's like I'd rather inflate away the debt than have the bank take my assets that are pledged for debt. You know what I'm saying? It's bad opportunity, bad, bad choices there. Pray the rosary daily. Have a happy Tuesday. Sorry I'm late getting to you there. So Donald, here's Scott Bessant talking on CNBC. He did a really good interview yesterday, and he's talking about how the Biden administration strapped with onto the American people at a 21. Oh, well, he is it 25, 20, 20 plus percent inflation over his four years. So there's always a lead lag in the economy. Like when the inflation hits versus when you feel it, you can see it on a spreadsheet first before you see it in the price of chicken. You know what I mean? Well, by the time the price of chickens affect, this is trickled down economics, right? The first time you generate the money, the person who gets it, it has the spending power of all the other dollars, except maybe you just inflated dump 10% in. But by the time it gets down to where it's circulated a couple times, all those dollars are chasing the same gallon of milk. So here's Scott Besson explaining the Biden administration dumped actual, like print the money inflation on them.

They torched the American people 21.5% the uh inflation during Biden's term. And Elizabeth Warren, so this is the Biden-Warren economy. The Senate Senator Warren placed a lot of the uh the people in the Biden administration, she would say her sock puppets. And the uh if if you look, the study from MIT shows that almost 50% of the great inflation came from the out-of-control spending that went on then. So we had a price level problem. We are bringing prices down. And you know, again, if you look, core inflation is very tame. And this is has to do with the energy supply shock. They torch the American people.

So the inflation we've experienced under Trump, that's things you see at the pump, that's that's that's a supply issue. Like that's actual laws of economics, Adam Smith type, what the prices are doing. What happened under Biden was mass money printing, right? What's happening under Trump is supply shock issues. Hey, we don't have we don't have minerals, silver's now more expensive, copper's more expensive. These are constrained supplies. Why? Because when our money was created, right, when when they pitched America or the stakeholders who allowed us to go into a full fiat system, the idea was listen, we'll print the money so that we can invest in a copper mine, and then we don't have to print more money. The copper mine will make the money. Except eventually, when the boomers came to power, they didn't invest in copper mines, right? They didn't invest in things that turn a profit. They invested in dead ends, things like renewable energies that you have to subsidize. They invested in things like sectors like teaching diversity, equity, inclusion in colleges and creating grant money for that, or to study the sagegrash quell and to close down a natural gas pipeline. Meanwhile, we forget to do the studies when we're putting in solar fields. Those are just total heat sinks. Total

She's talking about personal savings, personal business, and anything that you would qualify as savings, you know, money that's set aside that's liquid to be used at a later date. We're not talking about investment in hard assets or real. That's not safe. Like owning a real estate is not savings, that's ownership of a real asset. So this is savings, savings accounts. Okay. Exactly what you think they are. They want to take them and securitize them to print more money on that collateral, which would then limit your ability to get that collateral so they can reinvest it in your roads and schools and the things you need. Not what you want, what they say you need, right? Not directing your own savings. You guys, every country is reaching a financial breaking point. And every country is going to have a solution on how to deal with it. Some countries are going to confiscate private property to pay the debts, right? This is why your political oligarchs and technocrats and aristocracy will allow socialism to go because at the end of the day, if socialism rules the day, we can whoever's in control, we can take your assets, we can take your private property. We don't believe in private property after all.

Iran Pressure Campaign And Oil Blockade

We know the inflation is increasing, and the Iranian currency is in a free fall, now more than 2.1 real to one US dollar.

The Iranian leaders are openly on the airwaves talking about the economic conditions, something they hadn't acknowledged a little while ago. The the military hardliners aren't able to pay their soldiers. Now we're not going to play it because the guy's speaking whatever they speak in Iran, but it's one of their police force guys sitting in his little patrol car and he's complaining. He's like, I'm not getting paid. I haven't bought milk for my family for months. And he's like, you know, the population that we're policing think that we're living high and mighty. We're not, we're suffering right alongside them. But I'm wearing a uniform, I'm their enemy, you know, but I'm starting to get afraid because there's a lot more of them than us, and I don't have the ability to like keep going. Like my wife is barking at me, going, Why you keep going out doing police work when we're not getting paid? So the their whole system is starting to kind of collapse. So as far as the waiting game goes, I think that we're a little bit better off on the waiting game, kind of like the same thing in Canada. And Scott Bessant emphasized this, right? One of the things that analysts, and we're gonna play a little super clip from Colonel McGregor here in just a second. Every single analyst, and I'll put myself in this camp, you're only as good as the information you have, and you have your pre-existing biases. So when analysts look at a static situation and they go, okay, here's what's supposed to happen, they don't always include, you know, human ingenuity and willpower. Like in the Ukrainian conflict, nobody looking at that thought that drone warfare was now going to be the new thing. Gone are the dates of big mass armies because you just send the drones in. Like that all happened in this Ukrainian conflict with this oil conflict in the Middle East. Oh my gosh, 30% of the world's oil supply. Well, what if you rush a pipeline? And what if you start pumping more out of Houston? And what if you open up the Gulf Coast? And what if we what if we capture Venezuela and start taking that product to market? Right? What if AUE leaves OPEC and starts pumping as much oil as they want? And all of a sudden it's like, oh, uh, well, we didn't think we thought everybody was just going to keep doing the same thing they were always doing, even in the face of this crisis. And when you look back in time at a super clip, this right here tells me anytime we hear from Colonel McGregor, he's simply representing one of the biases. He's not an honest broker of information. He's talking about Ukraine and Russia. Look at how many times, and he's he's a Russia hawk, right? He wants to go after Russia and support Ukraine. That's the thing. Send the missiles, send them guns, because they're doomed. It's gonna be over. And any support for Ukraine is he talks out of both sides of his mouth, is both futile and necessary. It's like one of those things. So here he is being wrong over and over and over again.

The prosecutor used a fake Gmail in the sentencing memorandum, among other things. The document is a crock. They're saying that writing a sentencing memorandum is discretionary. So I guess that means fabricating evidence is something the USA can do to lock you up. Exactly. Exactly. Until it touches you, you have no idea how corrupt these people can be. So this story about this woman dying suspiciously after she's outed people and stuff like that, it makes you really wonder, right? When even you have the scrutiny of a judge and you have the scrutiny of the parole evidence process, they're brazen enough to just do whatever they want. Now, all of us J6ers have alleged that J6 was just this giant entrapment thing. They literally wargamed it out. They had informants in the crowd, FBI, Capitol Police, ATF, CIA, DEA. So in the latest filing, this is the government's filing to free state will. And they're admitting because he has. Why is it that they want this body camera footage back? At other times in these videos, the officers and two other plainclothes officers with him appeared to join the crowd around them at various chants, including drain the swamp, USA, USA, and whose house our house. Now this might seem like a small thing, but they denied this ever happened. No, no, no. We didn't have any undercover agents. Okay, we had 27 guys. Okay, now we we had 200 and something guys. Well, how many of the other branches? How many MPD? No idea. But this guy, no, there's been no release as to how many of these, but here we have three. And they're with the crowd. Whose house? Our house? Go, go, go. Nobody. This was totally a planned operation, right? Like one of the companies uh you know that develops uh these models uh when they get rid of one model and announce a new model, they actually hold a burial ceremony for the old model, and like the employees apparently will cry. Yeah, yeah, that's that's odd. That that that that's that makes me feel very weird. That makes me feel very uncomfortable, and there's some some some dark spiritual things going on there.

If they want to be successful and rich with far lower taxes and jobs all over the place, let data rain. The good news is that there are plenty of other places that want them. If we kill the golden goose, you will only have yourselves to blame. China could China could not be happier with the anti-data center movement. Actually, they can't believe it's happening. China's behind the anti-data center movement, right? They want to win the race. If we want AI not to be a physical prison and just be a tool for us to use, then you want it. Okay. We don't want to reject this. This is this is a moment in history. It's like a nation saying, railroad, who wants to let people move? Iron. Iron? What's wrong with brass? Right? The Bill of Rights are certain enumerated rights that the people have that are self-evident, that are self-enforced, that the government is not supposed to legislate against to free people. If you join the company and become an employee, those rights are not unalienable. They've been contracted away. There's lots of writing about this, about what's natural rights versus individual rights and civil rights. These are all different standings that you have. If you have given away your soul to the company store and you've become an employee, aka a corporate citizen of the state, then you don't have any constitutional rights. You have civil rights, which get changed all the time. Hate speech laws, gun registration laws, and on and on it goes. Now, it would be great if the government just didn't meddle in that. And you could be, you know, a lion in a really big cage that didn't even know he was in a on a game farm, right? You'd feel like you were free, and that's what America was. From 1776 on, that's what it was. But slowly what's happened is that we the walls have closed in on us, and we don't know that we can just hop the fence. And so yes. And so with the AI data centers, it's the same thing. You have a right to be to speak freely. You have a right to worship God by the dictates of your own conscience. You have a right to express yourself. First amendment. These are self-enforced rights. You have the right to self-defense, Second Amendment, up to and including firearms, right? The power to take life of another man if they impose upon you in a certain way. You have all these different rights. The Fourth Amendment says the people, which are the moral sentient beings, are to be secure in their persons, that means in your body, in your houses, your papers, and effects. Rights are obligations. Nobody owes you privacy. The government does not owe you privacy. Don't bark to me about privacy with an iPhone or an Apple or an Android phone in your pocket. So Mark Wayne Mullins, after the Supreme Court has allowed the post office to do all their stuff, he's announced that the DHS is planning to surge voter fraud investigation in select states for the midterm starting today. The states include Washington, oh, thank goodness, Wisconsin, Missouri, Georgia, California, Pennsylvania, New York, and Connecticut. So they're going to be surging in there to make sure that these ballot rules and implementations are followed through. This could be a really big deal in Washington state. Just me underscore PW. They had 2,500 voter registrations that all showed up right up on the deadline, you know, which would put a bunch of hurry to process these voter registrations. Duplicate signatures, duplicate ballots, incorrect information, doesn't match up with the databases. 2,500 fraudulent uh ballot registrations submitted right up on the deadline, trying to force it through at the last second. And fortunately, a clerk stepped back and went, This ain't right. Right. But this is Chris Murphy, this is what Senator Chris Murphy is saying. He's saying Trump wants to prevent people from voting. Trump doesn't want to prevent any human being that is a legal voter from voting. He wants to prevent ballots from being voted that aren't attached to real people.

Trump's executive order addressing election integrity gives him no authority to directly edit, purge, or run your state's voter registration rule. It simply instructs DHS to compile and transmit your state a citizenship list. Your state isn't required to use it, and they can amend it in any way that they see fit. And as for the claim that Trump can order the post office not to mail you your ballot, also patently false. USPS could withhold a ballot only from someone who's absent from a state-specific mail ballot list, not Trump's personal list or the DHS citizenship list. And in case you're wondering then, why would DHS even build the list if the states can ignore it? Think of it as a receipt. So if a state's voter rolls show voters the federal government can't verify, investigators can identify records that might warrant review. But a federal data mismatch isn't proof that a voter is ineligible or in order to remove anyone. So why lie? Because scared people donate and they mobilize, not out of love for their candidate or their party, but because they've been convinced that the other side is an existential threat. And look where that terror has taken us. Trump derangement has hit such a fever pitch that people are openly cheering political assassinations. That's what marinating in manufactured fear does to a country. And it's why these lies aren't just deceitful and duplicitous, they are dangerous. Every one of them is another log on a fire that has already burned people alive. And the people spreading these lies, they're not there to inform you. They are doing this to farm you, to read the executive order for yourself and make up your own mind.
